Preface
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces QC/T 51-2006 "Road Sweeper". Compared with QC/T 51-2006 "Road Sweeper", the main technical changes are as follows.
--Added the terms and definitions of the dust concentration of road sweepers and operations (see 3.1, 3.9);
--Modified the definitions of sweeping width, maximum sweeping speed and sweeping capacity (see 3.5, 3.7, 3.8,.2006 version 3.4, 3.6, 3.7);
- Modified the terms and definitions of the sweep rate (see 3.6,.2006 version 3.5);
-Deleted the terms and definitions of curb weight, rated load weight, maximum total mass, and maximum suction particle size (2006 version 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.12);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, accompanying documents,
Transportation and storage.
This standard applies to road sweepers whose chassis is modified to finalize the second-class car.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1

3.7

Under the specified test conditions and requirements, the sweeping rate, operating noise and dust concentration meet the maximum operating speed specified by the product technical standards.
3.8
Sweeping capacity
Under the specified test conditions and requirements, the work area that the road sweeper can complete per unit time is equal to the product of the maximum sweeping speed and the sweeping width.
3.9
Work fugitive dust concentration
The increase in dust concentration in the air in the work area caused by the road sweeper operation.
3.10
Hopper effective volume
The maximum loading capacity of the trash can when the sweeper is in normal operation.
4 requirements
4.1 The road sweeper shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.2 Outsourcing parts and outsourcing parts shall comply with the relevant standards and have the certificate of the manufacturer. All self-made parts and assemblies shall be inspected
It can be assembled and used after passing the inspection.
4.3 The roll stability angle and braking performance should meet the requirements of GB 7258.
4.4 The outer dimensions, axle load and quality limits should meet the requirements of GB 1589.
4.5 External lighting and light signal devices should meet the requirements of GB 4785.
4.6 Reflective markings on the vehicle body shall meet the requirements of GB 7258.
4.7 The side and rear lower protection should meet the requirements of GB 11567.
4.8 The road sweeper should be equipped with front and rear number plates, and its shape, size and installation position should meet the requirements of GB 7258 and GB 15741.
4.9 The tail sign board and its installation position should meet the requirements of GB 25990.
4.10 A safety device should be installed to prevent the garbage bin from falling down after being lifted.
4.11 There should be safety warning signs in the cab, and all safety warning signs should be complete and affixed in a place convenient for observation as required.
4.12 The road sweeper shall be equipped with work indicator lights on the rear or top of the vehicle, and the indicator lights shall meet.
a) Flashes in the working state;
b) The color of the light is yellow, and its chromaticity coordinates should meet the requirements of 5.6 of GB 13954-2009;
c) The luminous intensity should meet the secondary luminous intensity requirements specified in 5.7 of GB 13954-2009;
d) The number of lamps does not exceed 4.
4.13 The appearance quality should meet the following requirements.
a) The surface of the exposed sheet metal parts such as the cab and trash bin should be flat without obvious hammer marks;
b) The paint coating should meet the requirements of QC/T 484;
c) The coating should meet the requirements of QC/T 625;
d) The quality of welds should meet the requirements of JB/T 5943;
e) All exposed ferrous metal surfaces should be treated with rust prevention;
f) The connecting parts and fasteners should be connected reliably and not loose;
g) The gas, oil, water, circuit and other pipelines should be neatly arranged, firmly clamped, and should not rub or interfere with moving parts.
4.14 The noise outside the accelerating vehicle should comply with the regulations of GB 1495, and the noise from cleaning operations should comply with the regulations in Table 1.
4.15 The sweep rate should not be less than 92%.
4.16 During the operation of the road sweeper, the dust concentration on the outside of the vehicle body shall not exceed 5 mg/m3.
4.17 The maximum sweeping speed of the road sweeper shall not be less than 6.5 km/h.
4.18 The sweeping width, sweeping capacity, effective volume of the trash bin, and fuel consumption for sweeping operations should meet the product design requirements.
4.19 For road sweepers equipped with auxiliary engines, the auxiliary engine system shall meet the following requirements.
a) Diesel engine exhaust pollutant emission should meet the requirements of GB 20891;
b) The auxiliary engine system should be equipped with tachometer and other control instruments and mechanisms, and its installation position should be convenient for the driver to monitor and manipulate;
c) The auxiliary engine should be able to drive the fan and various working devices to work continuously and normally at the specified operating speed.
4.20 The cleaning device and suction nozzle shall meet the following requirements.
a) Disc-shaped or roller-shaped sweeping brushes and suction nozzles should be equipped with a lifting device and be flexible. The rigid part of the sweeper should be minimally off the ground during transportation
The gap should not be less than 100 mm;
b) The sweeping device should be able to adjust the sweeping inclination angle;
c) The sweeping brush should be easy to disassemble and assemble when replacing.
4.21 The garbage bin shall meet the following requirements.
a) There must be no leakage of water or garbage;
b) Can dump the garbage in the garbage bin cleanly;
c) The inner surface should be made of anti-corrosion material or treated with anti-corrosion.
4.22 Fans or other air extraction devices shall meet the following requirements.
a) It should be able to run continuously at the rated speed, without abnormal vibration and noise;
b) The air volume and air pressure should meet the performance requirements of cleaning operations, and the fan impeller should be subjected to a dynamic balance test before installation to meet the design requirements;
c) The power take-off transmission mechanism should be equipped with a clutch device, which should be reliable and flexible in action.
4.23 The hydraulic system shall meet the following requirements.
a) It should meet the requirements of GB/T 3766;
b) Overload protection devices such as safety valves should be installed;
c) The selection of hydraulic oil brand should be able to meet the requirements of normal operation of the hydraulic system, and the system should be equipped with a filter;
d) After 2 hours of continuous cleaning by the road sweeper, the maximum oil temperature in the hydraulic oil tank should not exceed 80 ℃, and the temperature rise should not exceed 40 ℃;
e) Keep at 1.1 times the rated working pressure for 10 minutes, there should be no leakage.
4.24 For a road sweeper equipped with a waterway system, the waterway system shall meet the following requirements.
a) There should be no water leakage in the waterway system under the rated working pressure, and an antifreeze water drainage device should be installed;
b) The waterway system should be equipped with filtering devices, water tank overflow pipes, and water level gauges.
4.25 The operation reliability test time of the road sweeper should not be less than.200 h, the reliability should not be less than 80%, and the type of failure specified in Appendix B is not allowed.
5 Test method
5.1 Basic performance test
The basic performance test of the road sweeper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 252.For road sweepers equipped with auxiliary engines, it should be in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual

5.2 Mandatory inspection
The outline size, axle load and quality limit of the road sweeper, external lighting and light signal device, side and rear lower protection, acceleration outside the vehicle
Noise and other tests are carried out in accordance with relevant mandatory standards.
5.3 Special performance test
5.3.1 Test conditions
5.3.1.1 Test site
The test site should meet the following requirements.
a) The width should not be less than 1.5 times the sweeping width;
b) The length should not be less than.200 m, and the length of the straight line section should not be less than 100 m;
c) The longitudinal and transverse slope should be less than 0.1%;
d) It should be a smooth, clean, and dry cement concrete pavement, in which there should be no exposed stones, honeycombs,
Pit surface, cracks, peeling, falling corners, etc. The amount of garbage (such as sand, dust, etc.) should not exceed 10g/m2;
e) It should be flat and open, and there should be no large acoustic reflectors within a radius of 25 m with the center of the test site as the base point.
The noise should be at least 10 dB(A) lower than the operating noise of the vehicle under test.
5.3.1.2 Climatic conditions
The climatic conditions of the test site should meet the following requirements.
a) No rain or snow;
b) The wind speed is less than 1.5 m/s.
5.3.1.3 Garbage sample
The garbage sample used in the test shall meet the following requirements.
a) 65% of the mass is sand, with a particle size ≤ 2 mm;
b) 30% of the mass is pebbles, with a particle size of 2 mm~8 mm;
c) 5% of the mass is pebble, with a particle size of 15 mm~25 mm;
d) The moisture content should be less than 4.5%.
5.3.1.4 Distribution of garbage samples at the test site
The garbage samples should be evenly distributed on the test site and meet the following requirements.
a) The distribution width of garbage samples should not be less than 1.2 times the sweeping width of the sweeper;
b) The distribution length of garbage samples should not be less than 100 m;
c) The average distribution of garbage samples is 250 g/m2.
5.3.2 Cleaning width measurement
After the road sweeper sweeps 20 m in a straight line in a single pass on the test site, the sweeping area is measured in the direction perpendicular to the forward direction.

5.3.3 Sweep rate measurement

5.3.4 Maximum cleaning speed measurement
In the sweep rate measurement, the minimum time required for the sweeper to travel 100 m is measured. Record the measurement results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
Calculate according to formula (2) and enter the calculation result in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3.5 Calculation of cleaning capacity
According to the measurement results of 5.3.2 and 5.3.4, calculate the sweeping capacity of the road sweeper according to formula (3). Record the calculation results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3.6 Noise measurement of cleaning operations
In the sweep rate measurement, the A-weighted sound level is measured with the "slow" gear of the sound level meter, and the operating noise values of points A and B are measured simultaneously according to the requirements of Figure 2.
Read the maximum reading of the sound level meter during the operation of the road sweeper, test 3 times, the difference between the measurement results of the same point should not be greater than 2 dB (A), take
average value. Record the results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3.7 Operational dust concentration measurement
In the sweeping rate measurement, press the measurement location specified in Table 2 to measure the average dust concentration of the sweeper in the test area.
Measure 3 times, and the difference between the average value obtained and the environmental dust concentration is the dust concentration of the operation. Record the result in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3.8 Fuel consumption measurement for cleaning operations
In the sweep rate measurement, a fuel consumption meter is used to measure the average operating fuel consumption from the time the vehicle enters the test area to the end of the test area.
Test 3 times, take the average value, and record the results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.3.9 Measurement of exhaust pollutants
The exhaust pollutant measurement of the auxiliary engine is carried out according to the regulations of GB 20891.
5.3.10 Effective volume measurement of trash bin
For pure suction or suction sweeping sweepers, the lowest level of the suction pipe outlet of the trash can is the limit (see Figure 4a), and the storage can be stored below this level.

5.4 Hydraulic system test
5.4.1 Oil temperature test
Sweep the road sweeping operation continuously for 2 hours, respectively measure the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the oil tank before and after the operation, and record the measurement results in Table A.1 in Appendix A.
5.4.2 Leak test
Keep the hydraulic system at 1.1 times the rated working pressure for 10 minutes, observe whether the system leaks, and record the results in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
5.5 Leakage test of waterway system
Fill the water tank with water, and run the pump for 10 minutes. Observe whether the pump is running normally, there is no abnormal noise, the water tank, water pipes, joints and all connections

5.6 Reliability test of cleaning operation
