1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for the oil and gas recovery components installed on road fuel light fuel tank vehicles.
Law, inspection rules and identification.

4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The oil and gas recovery components shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2 The raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced parts applied to the oil and gas recovery components shall meet the requirements of relevant standards and shall be inspected and accepted by the factory

4.1.3 Nominal pressure.

4.1.4 Design temperature.

4.1.5 Materials.

4.2 Component requirements
4.2.1 The oil and gas recovery valve shall have the following functions.
a) Opening and closing control by remote control;
b) The oil and gas recovery valve should be able to close automatically when the opening driving force is lost or the driving component fails;
c) When closed, it can prevent the medium in the tank from leaking from the oil and gas recovery valve;
d) when opened, oil and gas can enter and exit the tank from the valve;
e) After the oil and gas recovery valve has undergone a drop test, the leakage of the DN80 oil and gas recovery valve should not be greater than 0.8 mm3/s, and the DN100 oil and gas recovery valve

4.2.2 The oil and gas recovery coupling valve shall have the following functions.

c) When opened, oil and gas can enter and exit the oil and gas recovery pipeline from the valve;

4.2.3 The ventilation valve shall have the following functions.
a) Opening and closing control by remote control;

5 Test method
5.1 Number of tests
The number of type test samples for oil and gas recovery valve, vent valve, and oil and gas recovery coupling valve is 2 each.
5.2 Test method for oil and gas recovery valve
5.2.1 Shell strength test.
5.2.1.1 The test medium should be one of water, kerosene or a non-corrosive liquid with a viscosity not higher than water. The temperature of the test medium should be 5 ° C.

5.2.2.3 Test time.

5.2.3 Seat tightness test.
5.2.3.1 The test medium shall be one of air, nitrogen or other inert gas, and the temperature of the test medium shall be 5 ~ 40 ° C.
5.2.3.2 Seat tightness test pressure.
a) The test pressure for factory inspection is 5.5 kPa;
b) The test pressures for type tests are 5.5 kPa and 20 kPa, respectively.
5.2.3.3 The duration of maintaining the pressure test shall not be less than 60 s.
5.2.3.4 Test procedure.
a) Install the tested valve on the test device and close the connecting end of the valve tank;

5.2.4 Reliability test.
