Road tanker for light fuel transportation-Vapor recovery system
Oil and gas recovery assembly for road transport light fuel tank vehicle
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for the oil and gas recovery components installed on road fuel light fuel tank vehicles.
Law, inspection rules and identification.
This standard applies to oil and gas recovery components in the oil and gas recovery system of road transport tank vehicles, and its transportation medium is limited to GB
12268 diesel or light fuel oil (UN No. 1202), motor gasoline or gasoline (UN No. 1203), kerosene (UN No. 1223).
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential for the application of this standard. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this
standard. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this standard.

3 terms and definitions
Column F terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Vapor recovery system
Device for sealing and recovering oil and gas input/output tanks during oil loading and unloading; oil and gas recovery system including oil and gas recovery coupling
Valves, oil and gas recovery valves, ventilation valves, pneumatic interlocking valves, sealing caps, control lines and connecting lines, etc.
3.2
Vapor recovery assembly
Contains oil and gas recovery valve, oil and gas recovery coupling valve, vent valve and dust cover.
3.3
Vapor recovery valve
Quick shut-off valve for controlling oil and gas input/output tanks.
3.4
Vapor adaptor valve
It is a quick-closing valve used to connect the tank with the outside and transmit oil and gas.
3.5
Combing vent valve
Installed in the oil and gas recovery pipeline, when the medium is loaded and unloaded, when the oil and gas recovery coupling valve is not docked, the pressure difference inside and outside the tank can be adjusted
External gas communication valve.
3.6
Interlocking device
Interlocking device consisting of pneumatic interlocking valve, air source switch, gas pipeline, etc .; installed on the oil and gas recovery coupling valve, to switch on the gas transformer
For diameter joints, the ventilation valve can be closed by an interlock.
3.7
Vapor recovery pipeline
The pipeline for oil and gas circulation is used to connect the oil and gas recovery valve and the oil and gas recovery coupling valve.
4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The oil and gas recovery components shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2 The raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced parts applied to the oil and gas recovery components shall meet the requirements of relevant standards and shall be inspected and accepted by the factory
Before use.
4.1.3 Nominal pressure.
The nominal pressure of the oil and gas recovery component should not be less than 400 kPa.
4.1.4 Design temperature.
The design temperature of the oil and gas recovery component should be -20 ° C ~ 50; when there are special environmental requirements, the design temperature should be -40 ~
70.
4.1.5 Materials.
4.1.5.1 The casing materials and sealing materials of the oil and gas recovery components shall be selected to ensure their compatibility with the contacted medium.
4.1.5.2 The shells of oil and gas recovery valves, oil and gas recovery coupling valves and vent valves should be made of aluminum alloy castings or stainless steel castings.
Made of non-metallic materials.
4.1.6 Strainer.
The oil and gas recovery valve and vent valve should be provided with a stainless steel wire flame-retarding screen of not less than 80 mesh or other
structure.
4.1.7 Shell strength.
At 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the oil and gas recovery component, the casing must be free of visible leakage, plastic deformation and structural damage.
4.1.8 Valve body tightness.
At 1.1 times the nominal pressure, the housing (including the operating mechanism) and connection parts of the oil and gas rec
