This Document replaced Q/BQB 461-2018 Cold Rolled Steel Plate and Strip for
Enamel.
Compared with Q/BQB 461-2018, the major technical changes of this Document are

--- Revise the upper limit requirement of tensile strength of BTC1 designation in
Table 4;
