This standard replaces Q/BQB 110-2014. Compared with Q/BQB 110-2014, the main changes of this standard are as follows.
- The normative reference document is modified to the latest version applicable, and the chemical composition analysis test method is deleted;
--Increase the specifications of the side lengths of 160 mm and 215 mm and their technical requirements, and remove the side lengths of 90 mm and 134 mm;
-- The side length of Table 1 allows for a tighter deviation;
-- Clause 5.1.1, "Steel grades and chemical composition (except for the welding rod and the steel for the welding wire are the finished components of the billet, the rest are smelting components)
It should comply with the relevant Baosteel enterprise standards or other standards. "" changed to "steel grade and chemical composition (except for welding rod and wire)
Steel is the finished component of the billet, the rest are smelting components) should meet the corresponding Baosteel enterprise standards, GB/T 669, GB/T 1591,
GB/T 3077, GB/T 1222, GB/T 6478 or other standards. ”
-- "In addition to the steel for the electrode and the low carbon steel billet, the billet should be inspected at low magnification. There should be no naked eye on the acid immersion low-power test piece.
See bubbles, white spots, cracks, skins, inclusions, residual shrinkage. "Change to "Besides boiling steel, billet should be low-profiled
an examination. There shall be no visible bubbles, white spots, cracks, tumbling, inclusions, residual shrinkage, gold on the acid immersion low-magnification test piece.
It is a foreign body. ", increase "central segregation is not greater than 2.5; general speckle segregation is not greater than 2.0; edge speckle segregation is not
Greater than 2.0";
-- Added requirements for non-metallic inclusions;
--The surface quality requirements are tightened. "The surface defects of the billet are allowed to be removed. The cleaning place should be smooth and angular, and the cleaning depth (in the same section)
Top) shall not be greater than 10% of the side length" modified to "the billet surface defect is allowed to be removed. The cleaning place should be smooth and without corners, cleaning depth
