4.2 The general rules of solar heating projects should meet the requirements of Chapter 1 in GB 50495-2019.
4.3 When the purchaser has special technical requirements for the functions and key equipment of the solar heating project, it shall be clearly stated in the procurement documents, and the inspection shall be stipulated.
Verification methods and evaluation indicators.
4.4 In the design stage of solar heating projects, benefit analysis should be carried out, and the monitoring system should be designed in accordance with NB/T 10153.
4.5 In the actual operation stage of solar heating projects, long-term monitoring and heating metering should be carried out, and benefit evaluation should be carried out on the basis of monitoring.5 Design requirements5.1 The planning, architectural design and technical integration design of the passive solar house shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 in JGJ/T 267-2012.
5.2 The general regulations, overall design, enclosure structure and passive solar heat collection and storage components of passive solar heating shall comply with GB
The provisions of Chapter 3 in 50495-2019.
5.3 System selection, system load calculation, solar heat collection system design and solar heat storage system of active solar heating system
The design should meet the requirements of Chapter 4, Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 in GB 50495-2019.Seasonal heat storage system should also comply with NB/T 34044

5.5 The flow design of the pipe network of the solar collector system should meet the requirements of 5.2.3~5.2.5 in GB 50495-2019.6 Quality requirements6.1 The technical requirements for key components of solar heating projects shall meet the requirements in Table 1.For other technical requirements, please refer to
Appendix A.
6.2 The key components of the solar heating project should be provided with an inspection report issued by a third-party quality inspection agency with corresponding qualifications.
For products with the same model and production date within 2 years of the delivery date, other parts, materials and accessories should provide conformity certification documents.7 Construction and acceptance requirements7.1 The construction should be undertaken by an independent legal person organization with construction qualifications. 7.2 The construction organization design should be prepared before the construction of the solar heating project. The construction, acceptance and performance evaluation of the passive solar house should comply with JGJ/T
According to the provisions of Chapter 6 and 7.3 in 267-2012, the construction and commissioning of solar heating projects shall comply with GB 50300 and GB 50495-2019.
According to the provisions of 5.3, 6.4, 7.1 and 7.2, when constructing synchronously with the construction project, attention should be paid to the coordination and cooperation with the main structural project and other sub-projects.
7.3 The construction of the heating system at the end of the low-temperature hot water floor radiation shall comply with the requirements of JGJ 142, and the construction of the heating system at the end of the fan coil shall comply with the

8 After-sales service requirements
8.1 The warranty period of solar heating projects should be no less than 3 years, and it should be clearly stated in the purchase contract.
8.2 The after-sales service of the key components of the solar heating project shall comply with the relevant national standards or industry standards.
8.3 During the service life of the solar heating project, the service party shall provide on-site maintenance at least once a year. Appears within the warranty period
Quality problems shall be repaired by the service party free of charge; quality problems occurring outside the warranty period shall be repaired by the service party for a fee..
8.4 The purchaser shall clearly indicate the period of after-sales service response and on-site service in the contract, and the service party shall respond to the user in a timely manner according to the requirements of the purchase contract
The after-sales service requirements.9 Operation and maintenance requirements9.1 After the completion and acceptance of the solar heating project, the purchaser or the contractual operating unit shall be responsible for operation and maintenance.
9.2 The supplier shall conduct operation maintenance and safety operation training for the operating unit before delivery.
9.3 The operation and maintenance of the passive solar house shall comply with the provisions of 7.1 and 7.2 of JGJ/T 267-2012.Appendix A(Informative)
