Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces MH/T 6016-1999 "Aircraft Food Trucks". Compared with MH/T 6016-1999, the main changes are as follows.
-The name of the standard has been modified from the original "Airplane Food Truck" to "Aviation Food Truck";

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
It is a special ground equipment used in civil airports to deliver food to passengers and crew members on board the aircraft.
3.2
Rated load
The food truck allows the maximum mass of lifting operations.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 All purchased parts of food trucks should meet the requirements of relevant national or industry standards, and have relevant certification documents and factory qualification certificates.
4.1.2 The welding of food trucks should meet the requirements of JB/T 5943.
4.1.3 The paint coating of food trucks should meet the requirements of QC/T 484.
4.1.4 The coating and chemical treatment layer of food truck parts should comply with QC/T 625 regulations.
4.1.5 When the food truck is assembled by the riveting process, the rivets should be arranged neatly, and there should be no skew, crush, looseness, and head defects.
The position should have no sharp edges or corners.
4.1.6 The connecting parts and fasteners of the food truck should be connected reliably and have an anti-loosening device.
4.1.7 During the lifting operation of the food truck, it should be stable, reliable, free from jamming, no crawling, vibration, impact, and abnormal increase in driving power

4.1.8 The oil and gas system pipelines of food trucks should be neatly arranged and clamped firmly, and should not cause friction or interference with moving parts.

4.1.10 The food truck should be free of oil, air or water leakage.
4.1.11 The wire terminals of the electrical equipment of the food truck should have obvious marks that are not easy to fall off.
4.1.12 There should be sufficient space for operation and maintenance of food trucks.
4.1.13 The axle load of the food truck should not exceed the maximum design axle load of the axle, and the bearing capacity of the tire should match the axle load of the food truck.
The ratio of the load to the curb weight and total mass of the food truck should not be less than 20%; the axle load of the drive shaft should not be less than 25% of the total mass.
4.1.14 The height of the food truck in the driving state should not be greater than 4 m.
4.1.15 The food truck shall have its own operation data collection and transmission function.
4.2 Safety requirements
4.2.1 Basic safety requirements
4.2.1.1 The food truck shall be equipped with at least one 8 kg dry powder fire extinguisher, placed in the cab or on the vehicle body, and easy to take and place.
4.2.1.2 The food truck should be equipped with automatic sound and light alarm and reversing sound alarm devices for the lift carriage.
4.2.1.3 The front platform of the food truck should be equipped with lockable and adjustable guardrails, and plug-in guardrails should not be used. The height of the guardrail should not be small
