1 Scope

4 Storage site requirements

4.1 Site selection 4.1.1 A storage place should be reasonably set up in the airport control area as required. 4.1.2 The storage place should comply with the overall planning of the airport or the carrier, aviation security, urban environmental protection and fire protection, urban planning, urban Road traffic planning and other requirements. 4.1.3 The storage place should be located in an area with high terrain, dry site, unobstructed drainage and air circulation, and should be far away from flammable and explosive places. 5 Storage operation requirements

5.1 Acceptance inspection 5.1.1 Check the receipt and transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with relevant requirements to ensure compliance with air transport requirements It can be stored in the storage place afterwards. 5.1.2 It should be verified that dangerous goods have emergency handling information documents. 5.1.3 The packaging of dangerous goods should have relevant certification documents in accordance with GB 12463, unless otherwise specified. 5.2 General requirements 5.2.1 Except for dangerous goods that meet the requirements of air transportation and necessary storage facilities and equipment, the storage place should not store other unrelated article. 6 Storage Security Management

6.1 Safety management system 6.1.1 Corresponding management systems for air transportation and storage of dangerous goods should be formulated to strengthen the supervision and assessment of the implementation of the safety production responsibility system.
