1 Scope
This standard specifies the suitable cultivation areas and environmental strips of Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb.) Oerst plantation.

3 Suitable area and environmental requirements
3.1 Suitable area
Cyclobalanopsis glauca is suitable for subtropical and warm temperate climate zones, suitable for cultivation in Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Taiwan, Jiangxi, Hunan,
Hubei, Guangxi, Guangdong, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Sichuan and Gansu, Shaanxi, southern Henan and other places.
3.2 Environmental requirements
On the slopes, valleys, streams and forests below 1000m above sea level, the soil type is composed of limestone, dolomite, shale, slate and granite.
Red soil and yellow soil developed by rock and red clay, pH 6.0~8.0, rich in organic matter.

4.1 Seed harvesting and processing
4.1.1 Seed collection
Choose a healthy mother tree that is more than 20 years old, and harvest the fruit when it turns from brown to brown. Seed harvesting is carried out in GB/T 16619.
4.1.2 Removal
After harvesting, put it in a cool, dry and ventilated place. After the seeds are automatically removed, remove the seeds and dry the seeds thoroughly.
4.1.3 Seed Selection
Treat the seeds in clean water for 1d~2d, select the seeds that sink into the water, and dry them. The seed is selected to perform GB 7908.
