1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to the construction of the Larix kaempferi Seed Orchard, the basic requirements for the construction of the park, the seed garden division, management measures and the camp.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in LY/T 1345 apply to this document.

Clonal seed orchard clonalseedorchard
Seed garden established by asexual reproduction with excellent individual plant material.
4 Basic requirements for building a garden
4.1 Site selection
The park is built within the ecological conditions suitable for the growth and development of Larix principis-rupprechtii. The site is selected at an altitude of 1000m~1600m, the terrain ratio
It is relatively gentle, the slope is not more than 15°, the sun is strong, the light is sufficient, the natural isolation condition is good, the fertility is above medium, the gas permeability and the well-drained brown soil
And leaching cinnamon soil, and there are certain irrigation conditions. The site should be located in places where pests and diseases are not serious, with convenient transportation and room for expansion.
Lots with poor drainage or natural disasters such as hail and flowering freezes cannot be selected as the site.
4.2 Building area
The seed garden should be concentrated into pieces, with an area of not less than 10hm2, with clear boundaries and clear ownership.
4.3 Isolation belt construction
The pollen isolation zone of the seed orchard is not less than 750m.
4.4 Overall design of the seed garden
Execute according to LY/T 1345.
