The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Plants that meet one of the following requirements.
a) plants listed in Appendix I, Appendix II and Appendix III of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora;
b) plants listed in the National List of Protected Wild Plants;
c) Plants listed in the Chinese Plant Red Book.
