This standard stipulates the cultivation of eucalyptus (Catalpabungei) grafted rootstock, the selection of rootstocks, the planting of rootstocks, the collection and storage of scion

3 Cultivation of rootstocks
3.1 Selection of grafted rootstock species
It is advisable to choose eucalyptus (Catalpaovata G.Don) as a grafting rootstock.
3.2 Selection
3.2.1 Location
Choose irrigation and convenient nursery.
3.2.2 Terrain
A well-drained gentle slope (slope less than 5°) or flat.
The mountain slopes with large slopes are used to repair horizontal terraces and build supporting irrigation facilities.
3.2.3 Soil conditions
It is preferable to use loam soil and sandy loam soil with a soil thickness of 60 cm or more and loose soil structure.
The pH is 6-8 and the salt content is less than 0.15%. The water table is below 1.5m.
