1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, and inspection rules for wooden floors for indoor high-humidity places and outdoor use.
As well as identification, packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to wood floors as defined in 3.1 and 3.2.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18259-2018 apply to this document.
3.1
Wood flooring used in high-humidity condition indoor
It is made of wood or longitudinally extending wood and is suitable for wood floors in high humidity environments such as saunas and bathrooms.
3.2
Wood flooring for outdoor use
It is made of wood or longitudinally finger-joined wood, suitable for outdoor use, but should avoid wooden floors soaked in water.

a) Wooden floors for indoor high-humidity places;
b) Wooden floor for outdoor use;
4.2 According to the method of surface decoration
a) Unpainted wooden floor for indoor high-humidity places;
b) Coating wood floors for indoor high-humidity places;
5 requirements
5.1 Specifications and deviations
5.1.1 Size
The size of wood flooring used in indoor high-humidity places is generally (300-1000)mm×(30-150)mm×(12-30)mm.
The size of outdoor wooden floor is generally 1500mm×(50-250)mm×(12-30)mm.
Other specifications and dimensions can be negotiated and decided by both parties.
5.1.2 The size deviation should meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2 respectively.

5.2 Appearance quality
The appearance quality should meet the requirements of Table 3 and Table 4 respectively.
Note. Scratches and wrinkles of unpainted indoor and outdoor wooden floor paint film are not required.
5.3 Physical and chemical properties
5.3.1 The physical and mechanical properties should meet the requirements of Table 5.
5.3.2 The total volatile organic compounds of wooden floors used in indoor high-humidity places should be less than or equal to 0.50mg/m3.
5.3.3 The formaldehyde emission of wooden flooring used in indoor high-humidity places shall meet the requirements of GB 18580-2017.
5.3.4 The anti-corrosion performance of outdoor wooden floor meets the requirements of 5.4 in GB/T 31757-2015.
6 Inspection method
6.1 Specification and size inspection
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 in GB/T 15036.2-2018.
6.2 Appearance quality inspection
According to the provisions of 3.2 in GB/T 15036.2-2018.
6.3 Physical and chemical performance inspection
6.3.1 Preparation and size specification of samples and test pieces
Samples and samples should be taken from products stored for more than 24 hours. The size and quantity of test pieces shall be made according to the requirements of Table 6.
6.3.2 Moisture content
According to the provisions of 4.3 in GB/T 17657-2013.
6.3.3 Surface wear resistance
According to the provisions of 4.11 in GB/T 17657-2013.Treatment of unbalanced specimens.
6.3.4 Surface damp and heat resistance
Carry out in accordance with the provisions of 4.48 in GB/T 17657-2013.Treatment of unbalanced specimens.
