1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules and signs, transportation, packaging, storage, etc. of the grinding machine. This standard applies to the grinding of hot and wood mills for the separation of wood and non-wood plant fibers.

3 requirements

3.1 Grinding material should be 9Cr18Mo, ferrochrome or a material with high corrosion resistance, high hardness and certain toughness. 3.2 According to GB/T 230.1, the hardness of the grinding disc is tested, the hardness is HRC52~62, and the hardness of the same group of grinding discs should be small. At HRC2. 3.3 There must be no casting defects in the grinding parts of the grinding disc. 3.4 The surface roughness of each part of the grinding disc is as follows. a) grinding the top of the tooth Ra1.6; b) grinding plate mounting base Ra1.6; c) two sides of the grinding plate Ra3.2; d) Grinding tooth groove Ra25. 3.5 The flatness of the surface of the grinding plate installation shall comply with the requirements of Class 5 of the tolerance class in Table B1 of GB/T 1184-1996. 3.6 The flatness of the tooth top of the grinding grinding center shall comply with the requirements of the tolerance class 5 in Table B1 of GB/T 1184-1996. 3.7 The parallelism of the top surface of the grinding disc to the mounting surface of the grinding disc should meet the tolerance level of Table B3 of GB/T 1184-1996 Level 5 regulations. 3.8 The thickness of the same set of grinding discs is 0.02mm. 3.9 After the assembly of the grinding disc, the clearance between the adjacent two grinding discs shall not exceed 0.3 mm. 3.10 The same group of rotating grinding discs should be balanced after calibration and balance, and the balance quality grade should conform to G1 in GB/T 9239.1-2006.
