In addition, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1999 edition);
---Deleted the principle of rounding out the original strips (see Chapter 2 of the.1999 edition);
---Deleted the principle of rounding off the length of the original strip (see Chapter 2 of the.1999 edition);

This document is mainly applicable to the calculation and query of original wood volume of all tree species in forest areas such as Northeast China and Inner Mongolia.
