This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces LY/T 1278-1998 "Electrical laminated wood board".
This standard is a revision of LY/T 1278-1998 "Electrified laminated wood board", compared with LY/T 1278-1998, the main technical changes
as follows.
---Modify "low dielectric loss electrical laminate board" as "electrical laminate board" (see Chapter 1);
--- Added the terms and definitions of "electrical laminate board" and "compared to the tracking index" (see Chapter 3);
--- Revised the requirements for "raw materials" (see 4.1);
---Modify "product organization structure" to "product structure" and adjust its content (see 4.2);
---Adjust "Specification size" and "deviation" to "thickness and its allowable deviation" and "length and width and its allowable deviation", and do the value
a new definition (see 4.3 and 4.4);
--- Revised the "flatness of the board" indicator and test methods (see 4.5 and 5.3);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electrical laminated wood.
This standard is applicable to electrician laminated wood boards which are made by rolling and veneering such as birch and then laminated and hot pressed.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 18259 apply to this document.

Electrician laminated wood boardedwoodforelectricalpurposes
After the veneer and other veneer are coated with rubber, the plate is formed by laminating hot pressing.

The maximum voltage value in volts of the material being subjected to 50 drops of electrolyte without electrical tracking.
4 requirements
4.1 Raw materials
Wood. Wood such as birch that is non-polluting to transformer oil.
Adhesive. phenolic resin.
4.2 Product Structure
4.2.1 The product consists of a single board. The fibers of the same layer are in the same direction, and the layers can be stacked at an angle, and each layer is allowed.
Stitching.
4.2.2 In the length of 100mm section, the thickness of the product shall be less than 30mm, and the overlap shall not exceed 2, and the thickness of the product shall be 30mm or more.
