This standard is for LY/T 1152-1994 "Technical conditions for forest seed light germination" and LY/T 1153-1994 "forest seed
Revision of the Light Germination Test Method and combine the two standards.
This standard cancels and replaces LY/T 1152-1994 and LY/T 1153-1994 from the date of implementation.
Compared with LY/T 1152-1994 and LY/T 1153-1994, the main changes are as follows.
1) The scope of Chapter 1 is changed from “Applicable to internal heat-type forest seed light germination device capable of automatic water absorption and ventilation” to “Applicable to controllable
Temperature, humidity and incubator with artificial light source";
2) Revised the normative reference documents;
3) Increased requirements for the use environment;
4) Increased requirements for noise, insulation resistance and stability;
5) Revised product structure and appearance requirements;
6) Modified the test method;
7) Increased the principle of judgment.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the environmental conditions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the use of forest seed incubators (hereinafter referred to as incubators).

3 Use of environmental conditions
The environmental conditions for the use of the incubator are.
a) room temperature. 5 ° C ~ 40 ° C;
b) Relative humidity. ≤90%;
c) Air pressure. 86kPa ~ 106kPa;
d) Power supply voltage. 220V±22V or 380V±38V; power frequency. 50Hz±0.5Hz;
e) Water pressure. 0.2MPa~0.3MPa; water temperature. < 30°C;
f) no strong electromagnetic field around;
g) vibration and corrosive substances with no influence on the surrounding;
h) No direct sunlight or other sources of cold heat.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Product performance
4.1.1 Temperature adjustable range
The incubator should have a variable temperature control function, and the temperature can be adjusted from 5 °C to 40 °C.
4.1.2 Humidity adjustable range
The incubator should have the functions of humidity measurement, humidification and humidity control, and the relative humidity should be adjustable from 50% to 100%.
4.1.3 Temperature fluctuation
The temperature fluctuation of the incubator should meet the requirements of GB 2772 and should not exceed ±1 °C.
