1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Enumeration of molds The sample is processed and cultured under certain conditions to obtain the number of molds in 1g of sample. 3.2 colony-forming unit; CFU A colony formed by a single bacterial cell or multiple bacterial cells aggregated together growing and multiplying on a solid culture medium.

4 Principle

After the sample dilution passes through the filter membrane, the mold is retained on the surface of the filter membrane. After amplification and cultivation in the culture medium, the non-luminescent enzyme substrate in the fluorescent reagent The substrate enters the fungus and undergoes enzymatic hydrolysis, releasing the luminescent group into the cytoplasm of the fungus, where the luminescent group accumulates in the cell.
