1 Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents, equipment and analysis of zearalenone ultra-high performance liquid chromatography in food and its products.

3 Principle
Extract the zearalenone in the sample with the extract, purify and enrich the immunoaffinity column, and then use the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detector.
Determination by line, external standard method for quantification.
4 reagents and equipment
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the experimental water should meet the first-class water requirements of GB/T 6682.
4.1 Reagents
4.1.1 Methanol (CH3OH). chromatographically pure.
4.1.2 Acetonitrile (CH3CN). chromatographically pure.
4.1.3 Concentrated hydrochloric acid (HCl). analytically pure.
4.1.4 Sodium chloride ((NaCl). analytically pure.
4.1.5 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4). analytically pure.
4.1.6 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4). analytically pure.
4.1.7 Potassium chloride (KCl). analytically pure.
4.1.8 Tween-20. Analytical grade.
4.1.9 Acetonitrile/water (90.10). Take 90 mL of acetonitrile (3.1.2) plus 10 mL of water.
4.1.10 Phosphate-Tween 20 buffer (PBST buffer). Weigh 8.0 g of sodium chloride (4.1.4), 1.2 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate (4.1.5),
0.2g potassium dihydrogen phosphate (4.1.6), 0.2g potassium chloride (4.1.7) was added to 800mL of water, 2mL Tween-20 (4.1.8) was added, and concentrated hydrochloric acid was used.
