1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2 (AFB1, AFB2,
Principles of AFG1, AFG2), reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, analysis steps, determination, result calculation and precision, etc.
This standard is applicable to the determination of AFB1, AFB2, AFG1 and AFG2 in grain, oil and other samples of wheat, corn, rice and vegetable oil.
The detection limit of this standard AFB1 is 0.1 μg/kg, the detection limit of AFB2 is 0.03 μg/kg, and the detection limit of AGF1 is 0.1 μg/kg,
The detection limit of AFG2 is 0.03 μg/kg; the limit of quantification of AFB1 is 0.3 μg/kg, the limit of quantification of AFB2 is 0.1 μg/kg, and the quantification of AFG1

3 Principle
The aflatoxin in the sample was extracted with methanol-water mixed solution, the supernatant was purified and enriched by immunomagnetic beads, and then separated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography
Analysis and quantification by external standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in this method are analytically pure, and the experimental water should meet the first-grade water requirements specified in GB/T 6682.
4.1 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Sodium chloride.
4.4 Disodium hydrogen phosphate.
4.5 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.6 Potassium chloride.
4.7 Hydrochloric acid.
4.8 TritonX-100 [C14H22O (C2H4O) n] (or Tween-20, C58H114O26).
4.9 Methanol-water mixture 70.30, volume fraction 70mL methanol was added to 30mL water and mixed.
4.10 Phosphate buffer solution (hereinafter referred to as PBS). Weigh 8.00g sodium chloride, 1.20g disodium hydrogen phosphate (or 2.92g phosphoric acid dodecahydrate)
