Foreword

In order to apply the needs of information processing and exchange in the food industry, promote the standardized management of food information and the construction of information systems, Information Classification and Coding Food Processing Series Standards. LS/T 1708 "Food Information Classification and Coding Food Processing" is divided into two parts. --- Part 1. Classification and code of processing operations; --- Part 2. Classification and code of technical and economic indicators. This part of LS/T 1708 is the second part of the Food Information Classification and Coded Grain Processing. This part is based on GB/T.20001.3-2001 "Standard writing rules Part 3. Information classification coding", GB/T 7027-2002 The Basic Principles and Methods of Information Classification and Coding are combined with the current grain processing operations in China. This part is proposed and managed by the National Grain Bureau. This section drafted by. Henan University of Technology, National Grain and Oil Information Center. The main drafters of this section. 3 Classification principles and methods

3.1 This part is classified and coded according to technical and economic indicators in powder processing, rice milling, feed processing and oil preparation in grain processing enterprises. 3.2 This section uses the line classification method.

4 coding method and code structure

4.1 Coding method 4.1.1 This part adopts the hierarchical code. The code table is divided into two levels, and each level is named as a big class and a small class. 4.1.2 This part of the code is represented by five Arabic numerals. The first layer is represented by two digits, the second layer is represented by three digits, and the second layer Sequence code and series sequence code are used. 4.2 Code Structure ×× The first layer ×××  Code Second layer  small class

5 coding principles

5.1 This section basically covers the technical and economic indicators involved in food processing enterprises. The use of codes only indicates that the indicators are in this classification. The location and code of the system do not indicate their meaning. The order of their ranking has nothing to do with importance. 5.2 Technical and economic indicators In the classification, in principle, the classification of habits in most enterprises is considered. 5.3 The “other” set in the code is the containment category, and all the empty codes in the system can be used for expansion.

6 Grain processing operation classification and code table

For the classification and code table of grain processing operations, see Table 1.
