The human respiratory movement model is the body structure of the neck, chest, and front half of the upper abdomen of a normal human body. The front of the rib cage is shown in relief
Observation, the upper mouth of the thorax has trachea and the lower mouth has ridges. Intercostal muscle is shown on one side of the intercostal space, and intercostal muscle is removed on the other side to show the thorax
And lungs. Through the sternal, rib, lung, trachea, iliac and other model components, combined with dynamic driving to form a respiratory motion model operating system, it should be able to model
Pseudo-human respiratory movement process.
4.2.2 Effective function display area
The effective function display area of the model is 370 mm ± 15 mm in width and 530 mm ± 15 mm in height.
4.2.3 Model components
4.2.3.1 The sternum. It consists of the sternum stem, the sternum body, and the xiphoid process, with a length of 230 mm ± 10 mm.
4.2.3.2 Ribs. 1st to 10th pairs should be displayed, showing intercostal muscles (1 to 6 intercostal spaces on one side are removed), left to 1st to 6th
The ribs and the right 1st to 6th ribs, each rib should be separately formed and connected with the sternum to form a micromotion joint; the left and right 8th to 10th ribs can be associated with the left and right, respectively.
The 7th rib on the right side is shaped and connected to the sternum through the 7th rib to form a micro-motion joint.
4.2.3.3 Lungs. translucent, with a long diameter of 230 mm ± 10 mm and a middle width of 120 mm ± 10 mm.
4.2.3.4 Trachea (may include part of laryngeal structure)..200 mm ± 10 mm in length and 33 mm ± 3 mm in width.

4.4 Function
4.4.1 During the inhalation simulation, it shall be shown that the ribs and sternum move upwards and outwards, the sacrum is lowered, the thorax is enlarged, the lungs are dilated, and the gas passes
The airways enter the lungs. Dilation of the lungs and the entry of gas into the lungs can be indicated by the lungs moving forward and the enhancement of lung and tracheal light sources.
4.4.2 During the simulation exhalation, it shall be shown that the ribs are reset downward, the diaphragm is raised, the thorax is reduced, the lungs are retracted, and the gas is discharged through the respiratory tract.
Lung retraction and gas discharge can be expressed by the lungs moving backwards and weakening of the lung and tracheal light sources.
4.4.3 When simulating the breathing movement, the following parameters of the amplitude of movement changes of the following components should be as follows.
-The 2nd to 6th pairs of ribs, each pair of ribs should be close to the horizontal position when raised, the height of the elevation (at the midline of the clavicle) is 13 mm ± 2 mm;
-The 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th pairs of ribs (joint) move forward and outward, and the range of forward and outward movement is 13 mm ± 2 mm;
-The lungs move forward with a range of 6 mm ± 2 mm forward;
-膈 declines, the decrease (at the front midline) is 13 mm ± 2 mm.
