JY/T 0001-2003 General quality requirements for teaching instruments and equipment products
JY/T 0002 Inspection rules for teaching instruments and equipment products
JY/T 0026-1991 teaching instrument and teaching equipment product model naming method
JY/T 0213-1994 Teaching mechanics, thermal instrument transportation, storage environmental conditions and test methods3 Model designation3.1 Naming rules
The model name of the product is according to JY/T 0026-1991.
3.2 Nomenclature
The stomach anatomical model is named.
Model example. SM-WJP-CR-300 stands for biological model, stomach anatomical model, adult, and the length is 300mm.4 Requirements4.1 Use environmental conditions
Temperature. -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;
Relative humidity. not more than 90%.
4.2 Anatomy
4.2.1 General requirements
4.2.1.1 The product is an enlarged semi-filled adult stomach model with an external length of 300 mm ± 6 mm.
Product model classification code, biological model
4.2.1.2 The shape of the stomach is sac-like, with the inlet connected to the end of the esophagus and the outlet connected to the upper duodenum. The cardia, fundus, and stomach should be displayed correctly
The body and the pylorus, as well as the cardia notch, corner notch, gastric curvature, gastric curvature, pyloric duct and pyloric sinus.
4.2.1.3 Make a coronal section of the stomach, peel the adventitia from the anterior wall of the stomach, and show the muscular layer of the stomach wall. The posterior wall of the stomach is a natural form, showing distribution in the stomach
Bends, small blood vessels and fat in the stomach.
4.2.1.4 Open the stomach, showing the section of the stomach wall and the structure of the gastric cavity.
4.2.1.5 The morphological structure and color of each part shall be correct and natural.
4.2.2 Section display
4.2.2.1 Highlight the structure of the stomach wall and cavity. The thickness of the stomach wall is 12 mm to 18 mm. The mucosal layer, submucosal layer,
Muscle and adventitia four-layer structure.
4.2.2.2 Mucosal layer. The surface of the mucosa shows small stomach depressions (shown as irregular pits), and small bends show 4-5 longitudinal wrinkles. In the esophagus and stomach
Dentate lines appear on the mucosa at the junction. The mucosa at the pylorus shows a pyloric valve (an annular fold formed by the mucosa).
4.2.2.3 Muscle layer. showing three layers of smooth muscles, esotropia, middle circle, and outer longitudinal. Among them. the medial oblique muscle layer is about 1/5 of the gastric wall, and the medial muscle layer is about 2/5.
The outer longitudinal muscle layer is about 2/5. The pyloric sphincter formed by thickening of the circular muscles is shown at the pylorus.
a) The anterior gastric muscle layer is 50 mm × 50 mm, 60 mm × 60 mm, the tolerance of the side length is ± 2 mm, and the depth is 2 mm ± 1 mm.
Section, showing the distribution characteristics and trend of the trilayer muscle;
b) Excision of the epicardium and partial longitudinal muscles of the cardia, showing the circular muscles of the cardia.
4.2.2.4 Adventitia. shows the serous membrane of the posterior wall of the stomach and part of the blood vessels of the stomach (ie, the anastomosis of the right gastric artery and the left gastric artery distributed in the small curvature of the stomach
The branches along the way and the anastomosis of the right gastric omentum artery and the left gastric artery in the great curvature of the stomach and its branches along the way), and the great curvature of the stomach and the minor curvature of the stomach
Adipose tissue around blood vessels.
4.2.2.5 The cross-sectional structure connecting the esophagus end of the stomach and the upper part of the duodenum should be displayed correctly.
4.2.2.6 Color of the stomach. the outer membrane is yellowish pink, the fatty tissues in the large and small curvatures of the stomach are yellow, the arteries are red, and the muscular layer is deep
Red, orange layer.
4.2.2.7 The following parts of this model should be marked with corresponding numbers. cardia (1), gastric fundus (2), gastric body (3), pylorus (4), and large curvature of the stomach
(5) Stomach curvature (6), mucosal layer (7), muscular layer (8), serosa layer (9), pyloric sphincter (10). Name tag affixed to the base.
4.2.2.8 The base shall be made of PVC material with a thickness of not less than 1 mm.
4.3 Materials and appearance
4.3.1 The model uses non-toxic and environmentally friendly PVC material.
4.3.2 Combination bolts should be installed on the coronal section of the anterior and posterior gastric wall to facilitate disassembly.
4.3.3 The cut surface should be flat, not deformed, tightly connected and accurately combined.
4.4 Environmental test
The product shall be tested for temperature, humidity and free fall without packaging in accordance with 3.1 of JY/T 0213-1994.5 Test method5.1 Specifications
Use a steel ruler with a graduation of 1 mm.
5.2 Anatomy, appearance, base
Sensory test.
