 ForewordThis standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JY/T 231-1987 "Calorimeter". Compared with JY/T 231-1987, the main technical changes except for editorial changes
as follows.
--Added the requirements of outer cylinder material (see 5.4);
--- Added the requirement of non-electric heating type cover (see 5.5);
--Added the requirements for electric heating type cover (see 5.7);
--Increase the requirements for thermal insulation materials or thermal insulation brackets and thermal insulation performance (see 5.8);
- Added environmental test (see 5.10);
--Increase the size tolerance (see Chapter 5);
- Deleted the specific regulations on the material of the agitator, and changed it to stipulate that the same metal material should be used (see 5.6, 1987 edition

The calorimeter has a cover with a thermometer or temperature sensor insertion hole and a stirrer operating hole.

D-cover
The calorimeter is provided with an electric heating cover with a thermometer or temperature sensor insertion hole, a stirrer operation hole and an electric heating wire terminal.4 Classification and naming4.1 Product Classification
According to different thermal insulation methods, it is divided into thermal insulation material type and thermal insulation bracket type.
4.2 Naming method
Product model naming is in accordance with JY/T 0026-1991.
4.3 Model naming
The model names are as follows.

Model example 2.F-LRQ-J-60 means special instrument for molecular physics, calorimeter, heat-insulating bracket type, inner diameter of inner cylinder 60 mm.5 requirements5.1 Environmental conditions
Ambient temperature. 1 ℃~40 ℃.
5.2 Product composition
The calorimeter should be composed of inner tube, outer tube, C-shaped cover, D-shaped cover, rubber stopper, agitator, thermal insulation material or thermal insulation positioning support frame.
5.3 Inner cylinder
5.3.1 The inner cylinder should be drawn from copper or aluminum.
5.3.2 The inner diameter should be 60 mm ± 2 mm, and the height should be 70 mm ± 2 mm; the wall thickness of the copper inner cylinder should not be less than 0.3 mm, and the aluminum inner cylinder should not be less than 0.3 mm thick.

5.4 Outer cylinder
The outer cylinder should be made of metal, plastic or ceramic, with an inner diameter of 100 mm ± 5 mm and a height of 100 mm ± 5 mm. Metal Material

5.5 Type C cover
5.5.1 Type C cover should be made of non-metallic materials. The closed clearance between the C-shaped cover and the outer cylinder should not be greater than 0.5 mm; the radial displacement with the inner cylinder should be

5.5.2 There should be a rubber plug hole in the center of the C-shaped cover, and the inner diameter of the hole for the glass thermometer should be 14 mm ± 1 mm, and the temperature sensor
The inner diameter of the hole should be closely matched with the temperature sensor probe rod; there should be a stirrer jack on the center side, and the inner diameter of the hole is 0.203
mm.
5.5.3 The center of the rubber plug should have a temperature measuring hole of Φ 6 mm±0.5 mm. The contact surface of the rubber plug and the temperature measuring hole of the C-shaped cover should be closely matched.
The height is not less than 8 mm.
5.6 Stirrer
5.6.1 The stirrer ring and operating rod should be made of the same metal material.

5.6.2 The outer diameter of the stirrer ring should be 55 mm ± 1 mm; the operating rod diameter should be 2.8 mm ± 0.1 mm, and the rod length should not be less than 100 mm;
The hand-held end of the mixing operating rod should have a heat-insulating sleeve that can be removed repeatedly.
5.7 Type D cover
5.7.1 In addition to meeting all requirements of 5.5 and 5.6, the D-type cover should also be fixedly installed with electric heater components. Electric heater should be conductive

5.7.2 The conductive copper rods should be three straight copper rods with a diameter of 5 mm ± 0.5, and the rod length is 40 mm ± 5 mm; the upper end of the rod should be tapped to be equipped with a terminal;
The lower end of the rod should be tapped and equipped with a copper nut for fastening the heating wire, and there should be a Φ 1 mm through hole for fastening the heating wire in the radial direction.
5.7.3 The terminal button embedded parts of the terminal should be made of copper, the installation is correct and firm, and the plug connection is dual purpose. The terminal cap should not be unscrewed from the terminal,
The rotation stroke should not be less than 6 mm, and the outer diameter should not be less than 10 mm.
5.7.4 The heating wire should be nickel-chromium resistance wire, composed of two sections in series, the resistance value should be 1 Ω±0.1 Ω, 2 Ω±0.1 Ω,
The hot wire should be easily removed or installed from the lower end of the conductive copper rod. The three corresponding terminals on the D-type cover should be marked with "1 Ω", "2 Ω",

5.7.5 The rated current of the heating wire should be 2 A ± 0.1 A without forced heat dissipation. The maximum operating current should not be less than 3 A.
5.8 Insulation performance
5.8.1 Insulation materials should be used for heat insulation between the inner and outer cylinders.
5.8.2 The insulation material should be closely matched with the inner and outer cylinders, the gap should not be greater than 1 mm, and the inner cylinder should be easy to put in and take out.
5.8.3 When the temperature is 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and the air is not forced to flow, the initial water temperature of the inner cylinder is set to 75 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 20

5.9 Appearance
5.9.1 The surface of the aluminum material should be oxidized, and the oxide layer should be dense, uniform and complete, without obvious water marks, exposed bottom, or scratches. Other metals

5.9.2 The surface of plastic parts should be smooth and clean, and there should be no defects such as deformation, bubbles, scratches, burrs, cracks, etc.

5.10 Environmental test
It shall comply with the temperature (storage range) test, tilt drop test, and free drop test in JY/T 0213-1994 3.1.6 Test method6.1 Dimensions
Use a vernier caliper and a caliper with a graduation of 0.02 mm to measure the overall dimensions, which should conform to 5.3.2, 5.4, 5.5.1, 5.5.2, 5.5.3,
5.6.2, 5.7.2, 5.7.3 and 5.8.2.
6.2 Cover-tube gap
Use a feeler gauge to measure the closed gap between the C-shaped cover and the edge of the outer cylinder. Use a vernier caliper with a graduation of 0.02 mm to measure the C-shaped cover and the inner and outer cylinders
The amount of radial displacement between. Sampling and measuring four points respectively, the average value should meet 5.5.1.
6.3 Resistance value of resistance wire
Use a 0.002 DC comparison bridge to measure the resistance of the two groups of heating wires from the terminal end, which should conform to 5.7.4.
6.4 Rated working current of resistance wire
At 23 ℃±1 ℃, without forced ventilation, place the heating wire in the air and connect the rated output from the terminal end.
Continuously adjustable regulated power supply with output current not less than 5 A and output voltage not less than 9 V. At the same time, the uncertainty of series connection is not inferior to 0.5% of the current

6.5 Thermal insulation performance
Place the calorimeter in an environment with no forced ventilation and a temperature of 25 ℃±1 ℃, the inner cylinder is 60 mm deep, and the temperature is 75 ℃±1 ℃
Close the upper cover and insert a thermometer or temperature sensor. After 20 minutes, measure the water temperature of the inner cylinder, and the drop temperature should comply with 5.8.3.
6.6 Appearance
Sensory inspection should meet 5.9.
6.7 Environmental test
6.7.1 Temperature test
The product should be able to be stored and transported under the environmental conditions of -40℃~60℃, and should not be broken or deformed.
6.7.2 Drop test
The product should fall freely at a height of 800 mm in the packaged state; if it falls at an angle of 50 mm in the unpackaged state, there should be no cracks or
damaged.7 Inspection rules7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision inspection.
7.2 Inspection items and inspection methods
The inspection items and inspection methods of factory inspection and type inspection are shown in Table 1.
7.3 Batch rules and sampling methods
7.3.1 The factory inspection is based on the natural batches of delivery, and the type inspection is based on the inventory groups.
7.3.2 During the factory inspection, all inspection items shall be inspected first, and the qualified products of all inspection items shall be sampled, and the items of the sampling inspection shall be inspected.
7.3.3 The sampling method for factory inspection and type inspection shall be in accordance with JY/T 0002.
7.4 Unqualified judgment
7.4.1 The judgment of sampling inspection shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of JY/T 0002.
7.4.2 The unqualified criterion for a single sample is in accordance with JY/T 0002.
7.4.3 When inspecting all inspection items, it shall be judged according to the unqualified criterion of single sample.
7.4.4 The main technical indicators are items 2-9 in Table 1.
7.5 Re-inspection rules
7.5.1 Unqualified batches and products can be resubmitted for inspection after being repaired.
7.5.2 Due to the re-inspection of sampling inspection items, the transfer rules shall be implemented in accordance with 9.3 of GB/T 2828.1-2012.
