This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JY/T 42-1979 "Thermal Thermometer". Compared with JY/T 42-1979, major technical changes
It is as follows.
-Modified the standard name;

1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, instruction manuals, signs,

This standard applies to non-display thermosensitive thermometers used in middle school teaching experiments.

3 Classification and naming
3.1 Product Classification
According to the matched electric meter, it is divided into two types. analog meter and digital meter.
3.2 Model designation
The product is named according to the provisions of JY/T 0026-1991.

4 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
4.1
Thermal response time
When there is a step change in temperature, the time required for the output of the thermal element to change to 63% of the step change.
5 Requirements
5.1 Conditions of use
5.1.1 Relative humidity. ≤90%.
5.1.2 Specifications for analog meters. used with 500 μ A and 1 mA DC ammeters (changeable).
Note. The demo meter for junior high school has a range of 500 μA, and the demo meter for high school has a range of 1 mA.
Digital meter specifications. Used with digital ammeters that can measure 1 mA DC current.
Note. The full scale of the digital ammeter is greater than 1 mA, such as 2 mA, 20 mA,.200 mA.
5.2 Using power
5.2.1 AC power or DC power (dry battery) can be used.
5.2.2 When using AC power, the AC power voltage is 220 V, the allowable error is ± 22 V; 50 Hz, the allowable error is 0.5 Hz.
5.2.3 When using a DC power supply, the voltage is determined by the product standard.
5.2.4 When using AC power, the length of the power cord should be 1.5 m to 2.0 m.
5.3 Measurement performance
5.3.1 Measurement range. FT-RMW-WA type, -10 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, should be divided into -10 ℃ ~ 0 ℃ and 0 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, since

5.3.3 FT-RMW-WA type should be able to use the meter's 10-division dial, and the displayed value should be linearly distributed.
Note. If a scale with a full-scale value of 100 mA or 10 V is used, the full-scale value means 100 ℃, every 10 mA or every 1 V means 10 ℃, every 2 mA or 0.2 V means 2 ℃.
FT-RMW-WD uses the DC current range. The displayed value of 1 mA means 100 ℃, and every 0.01 mA means 1 ℃.
5.3.4 FT-RMW-WA measurement temperature range indication should use light indication to distinguish the temperature measurement range below 0 ℃ or above 0 ℃. light
White should be used, the panel should be marked with text, and the switching error should not be greater than 1.0 ℃.
The FT-RMW-WD type should not have a switching function.
5.3.5 Thermal response time shall not be greater than 6 s.
5.4 Thermal element
Semiconductor components should be used, and the leads should be insulated. After the thermal thermometer reaches thermal equilibrium, there should be no slow and automatic rise.
Note. The leads are insulated to prevent electrical conduction between the leads after immersion in water.
5.5 Terminal
5.5.1 The outer diameter of the terminal is not less than 10 mm, the fixed screw M4, the stroke of the terminal cap is not less than 6 mm, and the plug is dual-use.
Note. In addition to connecting wires, you can also use a plug in the middle of the terminal cap.
5.5.2 The fixing place of the terminal post and the base shall be provided with an anti-loosing spring washer, and the terminal cap shall not be unscrewed from the terminal post.
5.6 Security
5.6.1 When using AC power, all requirements of 5.6 shall be met.
5.6.2 Insulation resistance
After the humidity test, it should not be less than 2 MΩ.
5.6.3 Electric strength
5.6.3.1 It shall comply with the primary winding to the shell of the power frequency transformer. 1500 V for Class I appliances and 3000 V for Class II appliances.
5.6.3.2 It shall comply with 3000 V between the primary winding and the secondary winding of the power frequency transformer.
5.6.4 Clearance and creepage distance
Should comply with Class I appliances 3 mm, Class II appliances 6 mm.
5.6.5 Power cord
Should comply with the cross-sectional area of not less than 0.5 mm2, the electrical strength of the conductor should comply with Chapter 16 of GB 8898-2011.
Class I appliances should use single-phase three-pole plugs; Class II appliances should use single-phase two-pole plugs.
5.6.6 Electric shock prevention structure
Dangerous live parts inside the power supply should not be accessible.
5.6.7 Fuse Block
PC2 or PC3 should be used.
5.6.8 Protective earth wire for Class I appliances
Use a yellow/green two-color line with a cross-sectional area of 0.75 mm2. The connection should use welding or spring washer screws, and the connection resistance should not be greater than
0.1 Ω, the contact should not use the metal fitting on the upper part of the boundary line of Appendix F of GB 8898-2011.
5.6.9 Cooling holes in the case
Non-straight type should be used, or the diameter (or side length) of each hole should be no more than 4 mm.
5.6.10 Shell (including openings) resistant to external forces
A force of 50 N applied perpendicular to the enclosure for 10 s should be applied without visible deformation.
5.6.11 Case coating
If there is paint on the exterior of the cabinet, the content of harmful substances in the paint should comply with Table 1 in Chapter 4 of GB 18581-2009.
5.7 Appearance and workmanship
Should comply with 6.10, 7.1, 7.2, 7.4, 7.6, 7.7 of JY/T 0001-2003.
5.8 Environmental test
According to JY/T 0009-1990 4.3 Table 2 (all items).
6 Test method
6.1 Measurement performance
6.1.1 Test conditions
It shall be tested under the following conditions.
--Ambient temperature. 20 ℃ ± 5 ℃;
-Relative humidity. (45 ~ 75)% RH;
--AC power supply voltage. 220 V, allowable error ± 4.4 V;
--AC power supply frequency. 50 Hz, allowable error ± 0.5 Hz.
6.1.2 Test instruments
Use a second-class standard mercury thermometer or a second-class standard platinum resistance thermometer. Analog ammeter. ± 0.5%, digital ammeter. ± 0.5%.
6.1.3 Test procedure
6.1.3.1 Thermistors for analog meters use the following test steps.
a) measuring room temperature;
b) Put the probe of the tested thermosensitive thermometer and the standard thermometer in the constant temperature water tank at the same time, the temperature is between 0 ℃ and 10 ℃.
After the current meter pointer of the meter is stabilized, read the current indication value, which should comply with 5.3.2;
c) Put the probe of the tested thermometer and the standard thermometer in the constant temperature water tank at the same time, the temperature is 0 ℃, 50 ℃ and 100 ℃.
Read the current indication value after the current meter pointer of the thermal thermometer is stable, which should comply with 5.3.2;
d) Put the probe of the tested thermometer and the standard thermometer in the low-temperature tank at the same time, and set the temperature at -10 ℃ ≤ t < 0 ℃.
Read the current indication value after the pointer of the ammeter of the sensitive thermometer is stable, which should comply with 5.3.2;
e) Put a glass of water in the low temperature tank. When the temperature of the water drops below 0 ° C, insert the probe of the measured thermometer and the standard thermometer into the water at the same time.
Cup, and take out the water cup, test the switching temperature indicated by the range of the thermosensitive temperature indication value, shall comply with 5.3.4.
6.1.3.2 The digital thermometer's thermal thermometer adopts the following test steps. the digital meter's DC current is 2 mA, and 1 mA is used as 100 ° C.
Put the measured temperature probe and standard thermometer in the constant temperature water tank or low temperature tank at the same time, measure it at about -10 ℃, 0 ℃ ~

6.2 Security
6.2.1 Moisture test
Press 10.2 in GB 8898-2011.
6.2.2 Insulation resistance
The test with a 500 V insulation resistance meter shall comply with 5.6.2.
6.2.3 Electrical strength
Test with a pressure tester for 1 min. There shall be no breakdown or flashover, which shall comply with 5.6.3.
6.2.4 Clearance and creepage distance
According to GB 8898-2011 Appendix E, it should meet 5.6.4.
6.2.5 Power cord
6.2.5.1 Cross-sectional area
Cut the power cord, remove the insulation, and calculate the diameter of the core wire with a spiral micrometer, which should meet 5.6.5 and 5.6.8.
6.2.5.2 Electrical strength
According to GB 8898-2011 Chapter 16.
6.2.6 Shell resistance to external forces
The test with the test tool C in accordance with GB/T 16842-2016 shall comply with 5.6.10.
6.2.7 Harmful substance content in coatings
According to GB 18581, it should comply with 5.6.11.
6.2.8 Other items
Based on sensory inspection, relevant requirements of 5.6 shall be met.
6.3 Length
Measurement with vernier calipers with a division value of 0.02 mm shall meet the relevant requirements of Chapter 5.
6.4 Appearance and workmanship
Sensory inspection shall meet the requirements of 5.7.
6.5 Other items
The sensory inspection shall meet the relevant requirements of Chapter 5.
6.6 Environmental test
According to JY/T 0009-1990, 4.5 ~ 4.9.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection, type inspection and quality supervision inspection.
7.2 Inspection items

7.3 Lot rules and sampling methods
7.3.1 The factory inspection shall be batched according to the delivery natural batch, and the type inspection shall be batched according to the stock array.
7.3.2 The sampling methods for factory inspection and type inspection are in accordance with the relevant provisions of JY/T 0002.
7.3.3 During the factory inspection, all the inspection items shall be inspected first, and samples shall be taken from the qualified products of all inspection items, and the inspection items shall be inspected.
7.4 Determination of nonconformity
7.4.1 The determination of sampling inspection shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of JY/T 0002.
7.4.2 The failure criterion of a single sample shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of JY/T 0002.
7.4.3 During the inspection of all inspection items, it shall be determined according to the unqualified criterion of a single sample.
7.4.4 5.3.2, 5.3.3, and 5.6 (all) of this standard are the main performance indicators.
7.5 Review rules
7.5.1 Unqualified batches and products can be submitted for inspection again after rework.
7.5.2 The re-inspection of sampling inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with 9.3 of GB/T 2828.1-2012.

7.6 Quality supervision inspection
