This procedure is applicable to laser small angle measuring instruments with a measuring range of 0~±5° and measuring angle by sinusoidal principle.

3 Overview
The laser small angle measuring instrument is a kind of instrument that uses a sinusoidal principle to measure a small angle of a plane by Michelson interferometry.
Device. It is mainly used to measure the indication error of the micrometer in small angle measuring instruments and circular indexing instruments, and
Measurement of machine angular displacement, workpiece, etc.
The optical circuit block diagram is shown in Figure 1. In the figure, the mirror group 3 is mounted on the rotating shaft of the turntable 4, and the turntable 4 drives the reflection.
The mirror group 3 rotates the measured angle and then measures with an interferometer composed of a laser head 1, a beam splitter group 2, and a mirror group 3.
The relative displacement of the two mirrors is calculated, and the measured angle value is calculated according to the sinusoidal principle.
4 Metrological performance requirements
4.1 Drift
After starting for 30 minutes, continuous operation for 2 hours, the indication drift of the laser small angle measuring instrument is shown in Table 1.
