1 Scope

This regulation applies to the maximum working pressure not exceeding 50kPa, the maximum flow rate not exceeding 160m3/h, by time difference method First verification, follow-up verification and in-use inspection of ultrasonic gas meters of measurement principle.

3 Terminology and units of measurement

The following terms and definitions defined in JJF1001 and JJF1004 apply to this regulation. 3.1 Terminology 3.1.1 maximum flow rate qmax The gas meter meets the upper limit flow rate required by the metering performance. 3.1.2 minimum flow rate qmin The gas meter meets the lower limit flow rate required for metering performance. 3.1.3 Boundary flow transitionalflowrate Between the maximum flow and the minimum flow, the flow that divides the flow range of the gas meter into "high zone" and "low zone" point (eg qt is 0.1qmax). Note. The high zone and the low zone each have a corresponding maximum allowable error. 3.1.4 flow range flowraterange The range defined by the maximum flow rate and the minimum flow rate that meets the measurement performance requirements of the gas meter.
