1 Scope

This procedure is applicable to the first verification and follow-up inspection of the wheel checker for railway locomotives (hereinafter referred to as the inspection tool). Check and check in use.

2 Overview

The inspection tool is a railway special measuring instrument for verifying the wheel checker of a railway rolling stock. The inspection tool consists of a main block and a sub-block. 3 Metrological performance requirements

3.1 Surface roughness of the working surface The surface roughness Ra of each working surface of the gage shall be no more than 0.4μm for the first test, and the subsequent verification shall be no more than 0.8 μm.
