Introduction

This regulation is a revision of JJG 1005-2005 "Electronic Insulation Resistance Meter Verification Regulations". With JJG 1005- Compared with.2005, except for editorial changes, the changes in the relevant technical parts are as follows. ---Insulation resistance inspection process increased to 1TΩ; --- Adjusted the description in the "Overview" section, the display mode has added digital, pointer dual display and other modes; ---In the measurement performance requirements, the pointer shows the accuracy section of the insulation meter and the maximum allowable error The requirements of the accuracy section of the digital display insulation table have been improved; ---In the measurement performance requirements, the measurement pointer no longer shows the "median voltage" of the insulation resistance meter, but is unified Use open circuit voltage and drop voltage to verify the terminal voltage of the pointer display and digital insulation resistance meter, unifying the terminals Voltage range requirements; --- In the control of measuring instruments, the requirements for the structure of high-voltage and high-resistance standard devices in the verification equipment have been cancelled, and it is clear The requirement for the internal resistance of the voltage measuring device has been removed from the "short circuit current" verification item. Previous releases of JJG 1005. ---JJG 1005-2005. Verification Regulation of Electronic Insulation Resistance Meter

1 Scope

This regulation is applicable to electronic insulation resistance meters with a measuring range not greater than 1TΩ and a rated voltage of 10kV and below (Hereinafter referred to as "insulation meter") the first verification, subsequent verification and inspection in use. This regulation is not applicable to direct-acting analog indication, mechanical type and insulation resistance meters and high resistance meters with special requirements Test.

2 Reference documents

This regulation refers to the following documents. JJG 622 Insulation Resistance Meter (Megohmmeter) For dated references, only the dated versions are applicable to this Regulation; for those without dates The latest version (including all amendments) is applicable to this regulation.

3 Terminology

3.1 Insulation resistance insulation resistance The ratio of the value of the DC voltage applied between the two electrodes of the insulating structure to the value of the leakage current flowing through the pair of electrodes. 3.2 Test terminal testterminal Terminals used to connect the measured object in the insulation table. The measurement terminal is connected to the connection part of the measured object, Divided into line terminal L, ground terminal E and shield terminal G. 3.3 Terminal voltage The voltage between the line terminal L and the ground terminal E of the insulation meter. 3.4 Rated voltage ratedvoltage (U0) The nominal value of the terminal voltage when the measuring terminal is open. 3.5 open-circuit voltage The insulation meter measures the terminal voltage measured when the terminal is open. 3.6 Fal-offresistance When measuring the drop voltage of the insulation meter, connect the resistance of the measurement terminal of the insulation meter. 3.7 Fal-offvoltage The terminal voltage when the drop resistance is connected between the line terminal L and the ground terminal E of the insulation meter reflects the insulation meter With load capacity.

4 Overview

The insulation meter is powered by a battery or an external power supply. Its basic principle is shown in Figure 1.DC/ through electronics DC conversion provides measurement voltage to the measurement terminals L and E. The electronic circuit composed of CPU, operational amplifier, ADC, etc. The circuit converts or processes the measured signal and directly indicates or displays the measured insulation resistance by the magnetoelectric system ammeter or digital meter
