Introduction
JJF 1071 "Rules for the Compilation of National Metrology and Calibration Specifications", JJF 1001 "General Metrology Terms and Definitions",
JJF 1059.1 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" together constitutes a basic series to support the revision of this code
specification.
The revision of this code is based on GB/T 24246-2009 "Radioactive Material and Special Nuclear Material Monitoring System",
GB/T 31836-2015/IEC 62484.2010 "Radiation protection instruments used to detect and identify illegal radioactive substances
Spectral analysis-based portal monitoring system for transportation", IEC 62244 "National border radioactive and special nuclear material detection
"Radiation Protection Monitor" is the main technical reference.
Compared with JJF 1248-2010, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes of this specification are as follows.
---In the scope of application, the channel type vehicle radioactivity monitoring system is classified, and the nuclide recognition type and neutron are added.
Vehicle radioactivity monitoring system with radiation detection function;
--- Modify the original specification term "average activity response" to "activity response";
--- Delete the original standard term "radionuclide activity detection threshold" and "effective detection area", add the term "nuclear
Element recognition rate";
---Add "Neutron Response" and "Nuclide Recognition Rate" in the measurement characteristics;
---In the measurement standard, 133Ba and 226Ra nuclides are added to the gamma radioactive reference source, and the neutron reference source is added;
--- Delete the original standard calibration items "Radionuclide Detection Threshold" and "Effective Detection Area";
---Add the calibration item "Neutron Response";
---Modified the calculation formula of "missing alarm rate" in dynamic detection and the number of detections, and increased the neutron radiation dynamics
State detection content;
---Increase the calibration items and calibration methods of the radioactive monitoring system of the radioactive detection type channel type vehicle.
The previous releases of this specification are as follows.
---JJF 1248-2010.
Calibration specification for channel type vehicle radioactivity monitoring system
1 Scope
This specification applies to gamma radiation with a photon energy above 40keV, thermal neutrons ~20MeV neutron radiation
Radiation channel type vehicle radioactivity monitoring system, including nuclide identification type and non-nuclide identification type.
Channel-type vehicle radioactivity monitoring system using a single detector and channel-type vehicle with detectors distributed on one side
For the radioactivity monitoring system, refer to the calibration method specified in this specification.
