Introduction
This specification is based on JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the preparation of national metrological calibration specifications" for JJF 1206-2008
Line revision. Compared with JJF 1206-2008, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical content changes are as follows.
--- Expanded the calibration method for multiple calibrated time and frequency standards (see 7.1).
--- According to JJG2007-2015 "Time and Frequency Measuring Instrument Calibration System Table", removed in the calibration project
The “Frequency Accuracy” item adds the relevant content of the “Frequency Deviation” item (see 7.1).
--- Added "Frequency Stability" item to the calibration project (see 7.1).
--- Removed the "clock rate" item in the calibration project (see 7).
--- Removed the "time deviation and effective number of clock rates" in the calibration project (see 7).
--- Added "Time Stability" item to the calibration project (see 3.1 and 7.1).
---GPS common view method extended to GNSS time frequency transfer method (see 3.3 and 7.2).
--- Clear and compatible based on more available GNSS systems (US Global Positioning System (GPS) systems,
China's Beidou System (BDS), Russia's GLONASS (GLONASS), Europe's Galileo System
(Galileo)) GNSS time-frequency transmission method for measurement (see 3.2~3.6, 4 and 7.2).
--- Clear and compatible GNSS code base time frequency based on different measurement signals (ranging code and carrier phase)
Transfer method and carrier phase time-frequency transfer method (see 3.4, 3.5 and 7.2).
--- Clear and compatible GNSS time-frequency transfer data processing mode. GNSS common view and GNSS full view (see
3.3 and 7.2.1.1).

3 terms and units of measure
3.1 time stability
The degree of random variation of the time standard in a certain time interval, depending on the sampling (average) time
Similarly, it is usually expressed using the time standard deviation (TDEV), which is calculated based on the modified Alan standard deviation.
3.2 GNSS GlobalNavigationSateliteSystem
The collective name for GNSS, including the US Global Positioning System (Global Positioning System,
GPS), Russia's GLONAS system (GLObalNAvigationSateliteSystem, GLONASS),
China's BeiDouNavigationSatelite System (BDS) and the European Union's Galileo system
(EuropeanGlobalNavigationSateliteSystem, Galileo).
3.3 GNSS time frequency transfer GNSStimeandfrequencytransfer
Time-frequency transmission using GNSS. Passing both parties to configure GNSS time frequency transfer device (receive
Machine), simultaneously measuring the respective reference time and GNSS system time (such as GPST, GLONASST, BDT or
The difference between GST) is calculated by data interaction to obtain the time difference/frequency difference. Observation by both time frequency transfer devices
The common satellite measurement method is the Common-View (CV) method, which uses both GNSS time-frequency transmissions.
