Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JG/T 3064-1999 "steel fiber concrete." The main technical changes compared with JG/T 3064-1999 are as follows.
--- Modify the scope of the standard;
--- Increasing the classification of steel fiber concrete performance levels;
--- Increase the provisions of the classification of tensile strength of steel fiber, steel fiber production process increased by wire scraping type;
--- Revised and improved steel fiber quality inspection methods;
--- Increase the cement, aggregate, water, additives, mineral admixtures, such as the technical requirements and inspection requirements;
--- Modify the steel fiber concrete mix design method;
--- Refine and improve the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete calculation method, an increase of the tensile strength, the standard value of bending strength
coefficient;
--- Increasing the performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete mixture and the test method of steel fiber content and steel fiber concrete chloride ion content
Testing method;
--- Increased steel fiber reinforced concrete bending fatigue strength, compression and tensile modulus, shear modulus, Poisson's ratio and linear expansion
Number of mechanical properties such as the requirements and the corresponding test methods;
--- Increasing the shrinkage of steel fiber reinforced concrete, creep properties and steel fiber concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration of the technical requirements and
