1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Grout sleeve for rebar splicing
It is manufactured by casting process or machining process, and is used for the metal sleeve connected by grouting the steel bar sleeve.
3.2
Whole grout sleeve
Both ends of the cylinder are grouted to connect the grouting sleeves of the steel bars.
3.2.1
Integral unit grouting sleeve
The barrel consists of a full grouting sleeve composed of one unit.
3.2.2
Split whole grout sleeve
The barrel consists of two units connected by threads to form an integral full grouting sleeve.
3.3
Grout sleeve with non-grouting end

4 Classification and marking
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 The grouting sleeves are classified according to the characteristics of processing methods and structural types, see Table 1.
4.1.2 The semi-grouting sleeve can be divided into direct rolling straight thread semi-grouting sleeve and rib-stripping rolling straight thread according to the mechanical connection mode of the non-grouting end.

4.2 Marking
4.2.1 The model of grouting sleeve consists of name code, classification code, main parameter code of steel bar strength level, classification code of processing method, steel bar straight

5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 In the middle of the full grouting sleeve and the position of the discharge hole of the half grouting sleeve, the tensile bearing capacity of the section with the largest tensile force of the cylinder after the maximum negative tolerance is taken into account and

5.1.2 The production of grouting sleeves should meet the product design requirements, and the size of the grouting sleeves should be based on the steel bar to be connected, the diameter and the raw material of the sleeve
The mechanical properties of the grouting sleeve shall be determined in accordance with the design tensile capacity and yield capacity specified in 5.1.1 and the mechanical performance requirements of the grouting sleeve specified in 5.5.
The performance of the sleeve grouting connection joint should meet the requirements of JG J355.
5.1.3 The length of the grouting sleeve should be determined according to the test, and the anchorage length of the steel bar at the grouting connection end should not be less than 8 times the nominal diameter of the steel bar.
The anchorage length does not include the installation and adjustment length of the steel bar and the length of the grouting retaining ring section. The two sides of the axial positioning point in the middle of the full grouting sleeve should be reserved for steel bars.
Install and adjust the length, the prefabricated end should not be less than 10mm, and the assembly end should not be less than 20mm.
5.1.4 The closed-ring shear groove of the grouting sleeve should meet the requirements in Table 2.The grouting sleeves of other non-closed-ring shear groove structures should be grouted.
The grout joint test is confirmed and meets the requirements of 5.5, and the anchoring performance of the grouting sleeve structure shall not be lower than the shear force of the closed ring of the same grouting joint

5.1.5 The minimum wall thickness of the grouting sleeve after taking into account the negative tolerance shall meet the requirements of Table 3.
5.1.6 The design of the through hole diameter at the connection between the threaded end of the semi-grouting sleeve and the grouting end should not be too large, and the difference between the minor diameter of the thread and the diameter of the through hole should not be less than

5.1.7 The difference between the minimum inner diameter of the grouting sleeve and the nominal diameter of the steel bar to be connected should meet the requirements of Table 4.
5.1.8 The mechanical properties of the split connection part of the split full grouting sleeve and split half grouting sleeve and the fit of the thread pair shall meet the following regulations
set.
a) The design tensile bearing capacity should not be less than 1.15 times the standard value of the tensile bearing capacity of the connected steel bars;
b) The design yield bearing capacity shall not be less than the standard value of the yield bearing capacity of the connected steel bars;
c) The accuracy of the thread pair should meet the requirements of H6/f6 in GB/T 197.
5.1.9 The tightening torque of the thread pair when the grouting sleeve is used should meet the requirements of Table 5.
Note. The torque value is the minimum installation tightening torque value at the straight thread connection.
5.2 Material properties
5.2.1 The casting grouting sleeve shall meet the following requirements.
a) The material of casting grouting sleeve should be ductile iron;
b) The material properties, geometry and dimensional tolerances of the grouting sleeve made of ductile iron should meet the requirements of GB/T 1348.
The material performance parameters are shown in Table 6.
5.2.2 The machined grouting sleeve shall meet the following requirements.
a) The raw materials for mechanical processing grouting sleeves should be selected from high-quality carbon structural steel, carbon structural steel, low-alloy high-strength structural steel, alloy structure
For structural steel, cold-drawn or cold-rolled precision seamless steel pipes, and seamless steel pipes for structures, the mechanical properties, appearance and dimensions shall comply with GB/T 699, GB/T

5.3 Dimensional deviation
The size deviation of the grouting sleeve should meet the requirements of Table 8.
5.4 Appearance
5.4.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the casting grouting sleeve should not have quality defects such as slag inclusion, cold barrier, sand hole, shrinkage cavity, cracks, etc. that affect the performance.
5.4.2 The outer surface of the machined grouting sleeve can be a machined surface or a natural surface of seamless steel pipe or round steel, and there should be no visible cracks on the surface.
For other defects, there should be no sharp edges and burrs at the edges of the end face and outer surface.
5.4.3 Rust spots or floating rust are allowed on the surface of the grouting sleeve, and there should be no rust.
5.4.4 When rolling-type grouting sleeve is processed, there should be no defects such as microcracks on the inner and outer surfaces of the grouting sleeve.
5.4.5 The surface marking and identification of the grouting sleeve shall meet the requirements of 4.2.1 and 8.1.
5.5 Mechanical properties
5.5.1 The ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the grouting sleeve composed of reinforced sleeve grouting joints shall not be less than the standard value of the tensile bearing capacity of the connected steel bars

6 Test method
6.1 Materials
6.1.1 Mechanical properties

6.1.1.2 Test method
The test method for the mechanical properties of the grouting sleeve material shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 228.1.
6.1.2 Spheroidization rate
6.1.2.1 Sampling and sample preparation
The casting grouting sleeve should adopt the body sample. Take the ring-shaped cross section sample perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve from the middle position of the grouting sleeve.
