Summary This standard specifies the die-casting aluminum radiator (hereinafter referred to as the radiator) the terms and definitions, models and marks, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and so on. This standard applies to hot water as heat medium, the working pressure is less than 1. 0MPa, heat medium temperature not higher than 95C radiator. For integral and modular radiators, hot water pH should be between 7. 0 and 8. 5, chloride ion content should not exceed 30mg/L, dissolved oxygen should not exceed 0. 1mg/L, For composite radiator, water pH should 7. 0 ~ 12. 0, a chlorine ion content not greater than 300mg/L, dissolved oxygen should be greater than 0. 1mg/L. Other water quality indicators should be consistent with the provisions of GB 1576.
