Foreword
This standard 6.1.2 and 6.2.2 is mandatory, the rest is recommended.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces JG/T 175-2005 "construction insulation aluminum alloy wear bar type."
This standard is a revision of JC/T 175-2005, compared with the JG/T 175-2005 main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added 6.1.2 and 6.2.2 mandatory provisions;
--- Increasing casting insulation profile performance requirements and test methods;
--- Increasing the calculation method of equivalent inertia moment of pouring thermal insulation profile (Appendix B);
--- Increased thermal profile torsion test method (Appendix C);
--- Increased thermal insulation performance requirements (Appendix D);
--- Increased pouring insulation profile notch design and processing requirements (Appendix E);
--- Remove the original Appendix B insulation aluminum alloy profile data inferred.
This standard and EN14024-2004 "insulation metal profiles performance requirements and test test", AAMATIR-A8-04 "Casting Insulation
Construction aluminum alloy structural performance "is not the same degree of agreement.
This standard proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Standard and Design Institute.
This standard by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Products and Components Products Standardization Technical Committee.
