Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is a revision of JG 118-2000 "Building Isolation Rubber Bearing". The main technical changes of this standard compared with JG 118-2000.
as follows.
--- Modifications supplement the relevant terms and definitions and add the symbols referenced in this standard (see Chapter 3);
--- Increased the shape factor and the general size of the support (see 5.2, 5.3);
--- Increased physical and mechanical performance indicators of high damping rubber bearings (see Table 2 in 6.1);
--- Modified vertical compression stiffness and horizontal performance requirements, increased axial tensile stiffness performance requirements, increased lateral non-uniform variation
Shape requirements, modified compression deformation performance requirements (see Table 5 in 6.4);
--- Revised the vertical ultimate compressive stress performance requirement when the horizontal displacement is 0.55 times the inner rubber diameter of the support, increasing the height
The horizontal performance requirements of the damping rubber bearing are modified to meet the requirements of the horizontal ultimate deformation capacity (see Table 5 in 6.4);
--- Removed the fire performance requirements (see version 4.4.3 of the.2000 version) and test methods (see 5.4.3 of the.2000 edition);
---Modified the performance requirements of natural rubber bearings and lead rubber bearings (see Table 7 in 6.6.1);
--- Increased performance requirements for high damping rubber bearings (see Table 8 in 6.6.2);
--- Increased vertical tensile stiffness, vertical ultimate tensile stress test method (see 7.4.5);
--- Increased lateral uneven deformation measurement method (see 7.4.6);
--- Modified the loading frequency in the horizontal equivalent stiffness test method (see 7.4.7);
--- Increased the calculation model of the isolation bearing (see Appendix B);
--- Increased the mechanical performance parameters and specifications of the seismic isolation bearing products (see Appendix C).
