a) Deleted the relevant description of the data statistics mechanism and the meaning of the bulletin (see 4.7 of the.2015 edition);
b) Delete unnecessary technical terms such as "significant wave height" and "tsunami amplitude" (see 3.4 and 3.7 of the.2015 edition);
c) Added the comparison between the current year's disaster loss and the situation in the past 10 years in the overview, listing the most serious disaster process (see 5.1);

This document specifies the preparation requirements, content and format of the Marine Disaster Bulletin.
This document is applicable to the preparation of national, sea area, and provincial marine disaster bulletins, and can be used as a reference for the compilation of municipal marine disaster bulletins.
