3 Principle
Seawater samples are enriched and purified with C18 solid phase extraction columns; sediment samples are extracted with dichloromethane, and silica gel solid phase extraction columns are clean.
Chemical; biological samples were extracted with dichloromethane, and purified with Florisil solid phase extraction column. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
Determination, quantitative internal standard method.
4 Reagents and materials
Note. The utensils used should be made of glass.
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in this standard are chromatographically pure, and the water used is ultrapure water (18.2MΩ·cm).
4.1 n-hexane.
4.2 Ethyl acetate.
4.3 Dichloromethane.
4.4 Acetone.
4.5 Methanol.
4.6 Hydrochloric acid. analytically pure, content 36%~38% (volume fraction).
4.7 25% hydrochloric acid. take an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid (4.6) according to the volume fraction and add water to dilute.
4.8 Anhydrous sodium sulfate. analytically pure, burned at 450℃ for 4h, cooled to room temperature, stored in a closed desiccator for later use.
4.9 Copper powder. analytically pure. Soak in 25% hydrochloric acid (4.7) for 1 min, wash with water until neutral, rinse with acetone (4.4), and store in acetone (4.4)
