3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Scale line for measuring container volume.
[GB 173778.5-2007, definition 3.1]
3.2
The solvent evaporates to a small volume (0.2mL~0.3mL), leaving a residue in a wet state.
[GB 173788.6-2007, definition 3.1]
4 Principle
Use microwave rapid heating technology to digest marine sediments and marine organism samples with mixed acid, in which marine sediments use nitric acid and
Hydrochloric acid mixed acid, marine organisms use nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide mixed acid.
5 Reagents and preparation
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used in this method are analytically pure, and the water is secondary deionized water or equivalent pure water.
5.1 Nitric acid (HNO3). ρ = 1.42g/mL, pure superior grade, distilled by a quartz sub-boiling still.
5.2 Hydrochloric acid (HC1). ρ = 1.19g/mL, excellent grade pure.
5.3 Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). 30%, pure grade.
5.4 Nitric acid solution (1+99). Mix 1 volume of nitric acid (see 5.1) and 99 volumes of water.
