Note. Seawater comprehensive utilization projects in this standard mainly refer to seawater desalination projects, seawater cooling projects, seawater desulfurization projects, seawater projects for large domestic use, seawater chemistry
Resource utilization projects and all other projects that utilize sea water resources, excluding salt pan salt production and mariculture projects.
