1 Scope
This standard specifies the control indicators for industrial sea area.
This standard is applicable to the area control of the sea for newly-built fishery, industry, transportation, tourism and entertainment, land reclamation projects and other projects.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Control index
An indicator for controlling the use of sea areas in a construction project.
3.2
Seaareautilizationrate
The effective use area within the project's land reclamation area accounts for the proportion of the project's land reclamation area.
3.3
Areaoflandformseareclamation
The effective land area formed by the project through land reclamation, that is, the land area within the shoreline (bank revetment) formed by land reclamation.
3.4
Areaofeffectiveuse
Various buildings, structures used for production and direct production services, open-air equipment yards, storage yards and operation yards and other sea areas.
3.5
Coastline change ratio
The ratio of the length of the newly formed shoreline of reclamation to the length of the original shoreline (including natural shoreline and artificial shoreline) occupied by the project.
3.6
Investment intensity
The amount of investment in fixed assets per unit area within the project's land reclamation area.
