1 Scope
This standard stipulates the principles, procedures and methods of my country's sea area price assessment.
This standard is applicable to the price assessment of sea areas within the scope of our domestic waters and territorial waters, water bodies, seabeds and subsoil.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Sea price
The price of sea area use rights for a certain period of time formed under market conditions.
2.2
Sea area price assessment
The act of assessing and estimating the price of a specific sea area in accordance with certain principles, procedures and methods, and issuing an assessment report.

Valuation date
The date corresponding to the sea area price assessment result.

Income reduction method
