1 Scope
This standard specifies the transmission mode of environmental monitoring information transfer processes, data formats and codes defined transmission.
This standard applies to all levels of the national environmental monitoring stations, monitoring stations at all levels and the automatic transmission between the units concerned environmental monitoring information
