Foreword

In order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the wastewater treatment and management work was carried out in an orderly manner, and the wastewater classification and coding were unified. Requirements, develop this standard. This standard is based on environmental management, environmental statistics, environmental monitoring, environmental impact assessment, discharge of pollutants declaration and registration, and various types of water. The classification of wastewater involved in body environmental quality standards, water pollutant discharge standards, etc., specifies the type of wastewater and the corresponding code. This standard is the first release. This standard was formulated by the Science and Technology Standards Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. This standard was drafted. Information Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Beijing Idea Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. This standard was approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection on December 30,.2009. This standard has been implemented since April 1,.2010. This standard is explained by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Iv Wastewater category code

1 Scope of application

This standard is based on environmental management, environmental statistics, environmental monitoring, environmental impact assessment, discharge of pollutants declaration and registration, and various types of water. The requirements for physical environment quality standards and water pollutant discharge standards specify the type of wastewater and the corresponding code. This standard applies to the management of wastewater information collection, exchange, processing, use and environmental information system construction.

4 Classification principles

4.1 Scientific principles According to the key factors that determine the basic water quality characteristics of wastewater (main types of pollutants and their concentrations) - wastewater sources (sources of pollution) classification. Wastewater classification is carried out mainly in the industry and process stages that directly determine the basic water quality characteristics of wastewater. Consider environmental management and pollution at the same time The needs and habits of application processes such as preventive control. 4.2 Systematic principles The wastewater categories are systematically sequenced in a certain order and form a reasonable scientific classification system. 4.3 The principle of scalability Taking into account the development of wastewater discharge and water pollution prevention and management services in different industries, the wastewater category should be set up for containment categories and reserve space. In order to ensure the classification system has a certain flexibility, and at the same time create conditions for the extension and refinement of the wastewater classification system. 4.4 Compatibility Principle Fully study the national, industrial and international standards related to wastewater, and water pollutant discharge standards, national economic industry classification The relevant standards have been consistent. 4.5 Comprehensive practical principles The classification of wastewater categories should be based on the system engineering perspective, and the local problems should be dealt with in the whole system to achieve the optimal system. Based on waste The overall goal of water treatment is to meet the business management needs of pollution source supervision and sewage discharge control as much as possible, in line with environmental statistics and sewage discharge declaration. Record, total emission reduction control and other practical needs.

5 Classification methods

5.1 Basic methods The basic classification method follows the requirements and requirements of GB/T 7027-2002. 5.2 Wastewater classification method According to the source of wastewater, the industry and the stage of the process, the classification is carried out by line classification. The first category of wastewater classification is divided according to the pollution source information categories in GB/T 4754-2002 and HJ/T 417-2007, and The order of the pollution source information categories in HJ/T 417-2007. It includes more special wastewater such as surface runoff. Its subordinate class is based on industry, waste Classification of water properties, water pollution control needs, etc.

6 classification code

6.1 Coding principle 6.1.1 Normative In the wastewater category code system, the type, structure, and format of the code must be uniform. 6.1.2 Uniqueness There is only one code for each wastewater category, and one code represents only one wastewater category. 6.1.3 Rationality The structure of the wastewater category code should be adapted to its classification system. 6.1.4 Extensibility The classification of the wastewater category should be accompanied by an appropriate backup capacity to accommodate the expanding needs. 6.1.5 Simplicity The code structure should be as simple as possible to facilitate user input, reduce the computer storage space and code error rate, and improve processing efficiency. 6.1.6 Stability Once the wastewater category code is determined, it should remain unchanged. 6.2 Coding method The wastewater category is coded as a hierarchical code with sequential codes in each layer. Wherein, the hierarchical code divides the code into two according to the classification level of the encoding object. The level is hierarchical and corresponds to the classification level of the classification object; the code indicates the level from left to right, from high to low, and the left end of the code is the highest level. The level code, the right end is the lowest level code; in fixed increment format. The sequence code uses an incremental digital code. 6.3 Code composition The classification of wastewater category categories is divided into four levels, namely, the first category, the second category, the third category and the fourth category. Category level can be based on Exhibition needs to increase. The category code is represented by Arabic numerals. The second layer of code is represented by 2 digits of Arabic numerals, ie 01 to 99; the first layer and the third layer And the fourth layer is represented by 1 Arabic numeral, ie 1-9. The first level category code consists of the first layer code, the second level and above category code It consists of the upper class code plus this layer of code. The code structure is shown in Figure 1. The wastewater category code should be filled in with 5 digits. for The code length is too large and the code length is insufficient, and it is complemented by 0. □ □ □ □ □ □ □ Layer N code Fourth layer code Third layer code Second layer code First layer code Figure 1 code structure Example. A wastewater A is a coal washing wastewater. When the code table is queried, the code is 1062, only 4 digits, but the report is filled out (required in the report) 10620 should be filled in when 5 spaces are provided.
