Summary
This standard specifies the conduct offshore environmental monitoring stations in the process of layout, sample collection, preservation, transportation, laboratory analysis, quality assurance and other aspects and monitoring programs and monitoring reports prepared by the general requirements. This standard applies to the national inshore marine water quality monitoring, marine sediment quality monitoring, marine monitoring, intertidal ecological monitoring, marine organisms pollutant residues monitoring routine monitoring of environmental quality and offshore environmental function zone environmental quality monitoring, beach water quality monitoring, land straight row of sea pollution environmental impact monitoring, large-scale coastal engineering and environmental impact monitoring red tide prone areas such as environmental monitoring thematic monitoring. Offshore environmental monitoring, emergency monitoring and research can refer to this standard.
