Seeking the first part of printing. lithography and other six standards are national environmental protection standards, and released.

Effectively utilize and conserve resources to develop this standard.
This standard specifies the environmental control of lithographic raw and auxiliary materials and printing processes, as well as the limits of harmful substances in printed products.
This standard is the first release.

1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical contents and test methods for lithographic printing of environmental labeling products.
This standard applies to the printing process and its products using lithographic printing.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 9851.1, GB/T 9851.4 established, and the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Lithography
The printed image portion and the non-image portion are printed in almost the same plane.
3.2
Varnishing coating
A material that is applied to the surface of a print to increase gloss, abrasion resistance and water repellency.
3.3
Spray powder
A powder that prevents dirt on the back side of the print and accelerates ink drying during the printing process.
3.4
Wetting fluid
The non-image portion of the printing plate is kept in an ink-repellent aqueous solution during the printing process.
3.5
Computer-to-plate computer to plate (CTP)
The process of recording graphics directly onto a plate by computer and corresponding equipment. The plate used is called the CTP version, and its type of plate is mainly divided into

4 basic requirements
4.1 The quality of printed products should meet the requirements of national and industrial standards such as GB/T 7705 and CY/T 5.
4.2 Pollutant emissions from production enterprises should meet the national or local requirements for pollutant discharge standards.
4.3 Production enterprises should strengthen clean production.
5 Technical content
5.1 Requirements for printing raw materials
5.1.1 Ingredients such as inks, varnishes, blankets, adhesives, etc. shall not be added to the substances listed in Table 1.

5.1.2 The brightness of the paper (white) should meet the requirements of GB/T 24999. The light (white) of the paper used in the primary and middle school textbooks should conform to GB/T 18359.

5.1.3 Ink should meet the requirements of HJ/T 370.
5.1.4 The varnish shall be a water based or photocurable varnish.
5.1.5 Spraying should be sprayed on plants.
5.1.6 The dampening solution must not contain methanol.
5.1.7 The coating film adhesive should be water-based film adhesive.
5.2 The limit of harmful substances in printed products shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

6 Test methods
6.1 Technical content The detection of 5.1.3 is carried out in accordance with the method specified in HJ/T 370.
6.2 The test of items 1 to 8 in Table 2 of Technical Content 5.2 shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB 6675.
6.3 The detection of items 9 to 24 in Table 2 of Technical Content 5.2 shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in YC/T 207.
6.4 Other requirements in the technical content are verified by means of document review and on-site inspection.
