1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of solid instant Pu'er tea.
This standard applies to Pu'er tea, which has the characteristics of Pu'er tea and is prepared through extraction, separation, concentration, and drying.

3 Requirements
3.1 Requirements for raw and auxiliary materials

3.1.1 The raw materials should meet the requirements of GB/T 22111, with normal quality, no odor, no mildew, no coloring, non-tea substances,

3.4 Health indicators
3.4.1 The limit of pollutants shall meet the requirements of GB 2762.
3.4.2 The maximum residue limit of pesticides shall meet the requirements of GB 2763.
3.4.3 The limit of microorganisms shall meet the requirements of GB 7101.

4 Test method
4.1 Sensory indicators

4.2.4 The total ash content shall be inspected according to the method specified in GB/T 18798.2.
4.3 Health indicators
4.3.1 The limit of pollutants shall be inspected according to the method specified in GB 2762.
4.3.2 The maximum residue limits of pesticides shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in GB 2763.
4.3.3 The limit of microorganisms shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in GB 7101.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection lot
5.1.1 Sampling is based on "batch", and the quality and specifications of the same batch of products are consistent.
5.1.2 Sampling shall be performed in accordance with GB/T 18798.1.
5.2 Factory inspection
When each batch of products leaves the factory, a factory inspection should be made. After passing the inspection, a certificate of compliance is issued before leaving the factory. Factory inspection items are sensory

5.3 Type inspection

5.5 Retest
When the test results are in dispute, the samples should be retained or re-sampled in the same batch of products in accordance with GB/T 8302.

6 Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Logo labels
Packaging, storage and transportation pictograms shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 191, and product labels and marks shall comply with GB 7718 and national quality supervision

6.2 Packaging
