1 Scope
This document provides information on the service environment and operating facilities, service categories and methods, service requirements, and practitioners of rural and community commercial chain stores.
Guidelines for staff and management.
This document is applicable to the service configuration of commercial chain stores in villages and towns, and also provides a reference for the service configuration of self-employed stores.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Chain retail stores located in townships (towns) and villages engaged in commodity sales and related services.
Note. Excludes chain retail stores that are only engaged in agricultural supplies operations and services.
4 Service environment and business facilities
4.1 Operation equipment
4.1.1 Product display, display, quality preservation, measurement and convenience should be configured according to factors such as the products operated, business scale, business format, transaction method and other factors.
Help customers purchase the facilities and equipment they need.
4.1.2 It should be equipped with display shelves and counters that match the products sold.
4.1.3 Measurement instruments such as length, weight, capacity, time, etc. that have passed the test should be equipped and calibrated regularly according to regulations.
4.1.4 Chain stores selling food and agricultural products must be equipped with appropriate disinfection, lighting, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, insect-proof, washing and wastewater treatment facilities.
