d) The design of the traceability system should take into account the objectives of the traceability system, relevant laws, regulations and policy requirements, traceability procedures and related documents.
Content.
5.2 Traceability unit
Farmer specialized cooperatives that establish a traceability system in accordance with this standard shall determine traceability units based on the characteristics of agricultural products.
5.3 Traceability range
The scope of traceability is mainly internal traceability, including production, processing, production, processing,
Warehousing and sales.
5.4 Traceability information
5.4.1 General requirements
It shall be ensured that the traceability information is effectively transmitted between all links within the traceability scope.
Supervision and management measures such as retrospective information review and information record monitoring shall be adopted to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the retroactive information and prevent it from being affected.
Tampered or forged.
5.4.2 Information Record
Information records should be kept timely and properly, and the timeliness and integrity of the information should be guaranteed.
Information records should cover every production link.
The content of the information record should be based on the characteristics of the farm products, examples are as follows.
a) The agricultural product traceability information record form can be found in Appendix A, including but not limited to the following.
-Comprehensive farm information, including the location of production units, environmental quality, agricultural facilities (such as greenhouses, greenhouses, etc.);
