5 Design of the traceability system

5.1 General requirements The general requirements for traceability system design are as follows. a) The traceability system should be designed based on the management system of farmer professional cooperatives, the characteristics of farm produce and the feasibility of operation. b) The established traceability system can be used for verification of suitability and effectiveness. c) Each element of the farm quality traceability system shall be considered and judged one by one according to the achievement of the objectives. d) The design of the traceability system should take into account the objectives of the traceability system, relevant laws, regulations and policy requirements, traceability procedures and related documents. Content. 5.2 Traceability unit Farmer specialized cooperatives that establish a traceability system in accordance with this standard shall determine traceability units based on the characteristics of agricultural products. 5.3 Traceability range The scope of traceability is mainly internal traceability, including production, processing, production, processing, Warehousing and sales. 5.4 Traceability information 5.4.1 General requirements It shall be ensured that the traceability information is effectively transmitted between all links within the traceability scope. Supervision and management measures such as retrospective information review and information record monitoring shall be adopted to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the retroactive information and prevent it from being affected. Tampered or forged. 5.4.2 Information Record Information records should be kept timely and properly, and the timeliness and integrity of the information should be guaranteed. Information records should cover every production link. The content of the information record should be based on the characteristics of the farm products, examples are as follows. a) The agricultural product traceability information record form can be found in Appendix A, including but not limited to the following. -Comprehensive farm information, including the location of production units, environmental quality, agricultural facilities (such as greenhouses, greenhouses, etc.); -Seedling/seed source, storage and use related information; --Source, storage and use information of inputs (chemical agents, fertilizers, agricultural films); -Field management information; -Harvest information; -Processing, classification and pre-packaging information; -Storage information; -Product inspection and testing information; -Product sales destination information. b) The traceability information record form for livestock products can be found in Appendix B, including but not limited to the following. -Comprehensive farm information, including the location of production units, environmental quality and hardware facilities; -Livestock and poultry provenance and release information; -Information on the source, storage and use of inputs (feed, medicines); -Prevention information; -Slaughter, pre-packaging and processing information; -Storage information; -Product inspection and testing information; -Product sales destination information. c) The aquatic product traceability information record form can be found in Appendix C, including but not limited to the following. -Comprehensive farm information, including the location of production units, hardware facilities, water quality, etc .; -Seed source and release information; -Information on the source, storage and use of inputs (feed, medicines); -Change of pond information; -Water quality management information; -Diagnostic information on the disease; -Fishing information; --Warehouse Information -Product inspection and testing information; -Product sales destination information. 5.4.3 Information Management The traceability information record can use paper files or electronic files.
