1 Scope
This standard specifies the structure, drafting rules and formatting of the quality inspection standards for raw mink skins, and gives examples of related expressions.

3 terms and definitions
3.1 Raw Raw
Leather that has not been chemically tanned.
3.2 Seasonable Leather
Winter mature skin where needle hairs have grown in all parts.
3.3 Non-Seasonable
Not peeled in winter.
3.4 Old Inventory

3.5 Summer Skin

4 Quality inspection
4.1 Technical requirements and quality standards
4.1.1 Processing technology requirements

4.2. Quality standards
4.2.1 First level
High-quality, flawless, moderate proportion of needle pile, large density, good elasticity, good gloss, flat back hair, uniform color.
4.2.2 Level 2
High quality, flawless, moderate proportion of needle hair and needle hair, slightly worse than first-grade mink, slightly empty, good elasticity, good gloss, back belly

4.2.3 Level 3

4.2.4 Class A

4.3.3 Color
Different types of mink are distinguished, and the mink of the same color type is classified into black, dark, medium, and light according to the color of the needle hair.
The specific color types are divided into ten color types. black, XXX deep, XX deep, X deep, deep, medium, light, X light, XX light, and XXX light.
4.3.4 Color head

4.3.7 Bundling and Numbering
Bundle the mink after inspection according to gender, size, color, quality level, clarity, etc.

4.4 Inspection method
4.4.1 Inspection environment
4.4.1.1 The inspection workshop is spacious and protected from natural light.
4.4.1.2 The inspection platform is spacious, flat, with size scale, and the table surface is light-colored. The inspection table is 87cm high and 95cm wide.

4.4.1.3 The inspection table is equipped with lights. The light source can be composed of energy-saving fluorescent tubes, erected parallel to the table surface, and 70 cm away from the inspection table surface.
4.5 Inspection procedures
4.5.1 Sampling quantity and method
If the number is less than 1000, it will be taken one by one. If the number is more than 1000, 50 samples will be taken for every 100 additional samples.
If there is any objection to the quality during the sampling inspection, one by one inspection shall be adopted.
4.5.2 Inspection principle
4.5.2.1 Check the samples one by one.
4.5.2.2 If there is any objection to the quality of each sample taken from the inspection, all skins shall be inspected.
4.6 Inspection method
4.6.1 Hold the head of the mink with one hand, and pinch the neck from the neck to the tail with the other hand, and feel the density of the plush, the elasticity of the needle hair, and the quality of the board.
4.6.2 Hold the mink's tail root in your hand, or press it on the grading table, hold your head with your right hand, and shake naturally with your wrist to restore the plush
Natural state, visually assess the maturity of the whole body, including the density of the pile, the proportion of the pile, the coverage of the pile, the gloss
Whether the plush is flush and flexible.
4.6.3 Inspect the edge parts of the mink's mouth, eyes, and ears, the condition of the summer hair removal and the color of the head skin, and determine the condition of the hair replacement.
4.6.4 Turn over the leather body, and visually inspect the development status of mink fur on the abdomen.
4.6.5 Touch or stir the local fluff of mink fur, and blow if necessary to determine the insignificant degree of disability.
4.6.6 Automatic inspection of instruments and equipment is performed in accordance with the set procedure.

Quality inspection of mink skin
B 1. Principles of inspection
B1.1 Broad requirements for hard injuries such as scalpels and holes, and strict requirements for soft injuries such as cotton wool and diseased skin.
B1.2 The requirements for the disability distributed in the minor parts are wide, and the requirements for the disability distributed in the major parts are strict.
B1.3 Broad requirements for centralized disability and strict requirements for scattered disability.
B1.4 The requirements for hard disability with slight tear are wide, and the whole skin can be tapered.
B1.5 The skin of tangled hair, yellow urine, bites and lacerations shall be inspected at six levels.
B1.6 White suede is divided separately.
B1.7 Alopecia areata and needle skin are divided separately.
B 2. Cases not counting disability
B 2.1 The missing tail does not exceed 50% of the full tail.
B 2.2 There are vertical white lines in the middle of the abdomen, and the width should not exceed 0.5cm.
