1 Rex Rabbit Mattress
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, physical and chemical properties, quality grade assessment, inspection methods, inspection rules, and warehouses of rex rabbit skin mattress
Storage, storage, packaging and transportation.
This standard applies to the production, preliminary processing and market trade of rex rabbit skin mattresses.
If there are no special provisions in the relevant test methods or product standards, this standard is a general requirement.

3 terms and definitions
The following terms and conditions established in 2GB/T 26616 "Fur and Rex Rabbit Skin" and SN/T 0076 ←.2003 "Inspection Rules for Import and Export Fur Mattresses"
Definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Rex Rabbit
The Rex Rabbit is a variant of the domestic rabbit and is native to France. It is a typical leather rabbit, because its fur resembles the precious fur beast otter.
It is called a rex rabbit.
3.2 Rex Plates Rex Plates
A rabbit skin mattress refers to a rectangular rabbit fur semi-finished product sewn from several pieces of tanned rex rabbit fur.
3.3 Coat Pelage
A general term for needle hairs and fluff on leather boards.
3.4 Fine under hair
A type of wool with finer hair fibers.
3.5 Needle hair
A kind of thicker hair on the upper part of the hair tip. Because the lower part of the hair is smaller, it is also called amphoteric or denatured hair, and its length is equivalent to that of the villi.
3.6 Hair quality
Comprehensive quality such as length, density, fineness, color, flatness, gloss and proportion of needle hairs.
3.7 Density

4 Quality requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
Mattresses are usually made of Zhangxu rabbit skin and have a rectangular shape. The length and width dimensions are 1200mm ± 10mm and 600mm ± 5mm.
4.2 Physical and mechanical properties
Physical and mechanical properties shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

44.4 Limits of harmful substances
The limit of hazardous substances should meet the requirements of GB/T 20400.
4.5 Sensory Quality Requirements
4.5.1 Skin board sensory requirements
The leather board is soft, full, extensible, flat, without causing injuries, the skin is clean, the color is white or slightly yellow, and there should be no rigid boards or crispy boards.
The stitching and trimming of the entire mattress are smooth, the top and bottom rows, and the left and right rows of sheets and stitches are stitched straight to each other.
The seam has no pilose, the stitches are uniform, and the seam is suitable for tightness. The upper and lower ridges of the skin are aligned with each other.
4.5.2 Sensory requirements
Coat is smooth, flexible, loose, clean, full of velvet (except shearing), no crochet, no obvious hair loss, oily and tangled hair, hair color

6 Test method
6.1 Sampling locations and methods
Take a complete piece of rex rabbit skin from each row on the rex rabbit skin mattress, and then take samples according to the sampling locations specified by each test

6.2 Free formaldehyde
Carry out/operate in accordance with GB/T.19941 Determination of formaldehyde content in chemical tests on leather and fur.

6.3 Hexavalent chromium

6.12 Coat inspection

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Batch
An inspection lot consists of products of the same variety that are put into production with the same variety of raw materials and produced according to the same production process.
7.2 Factory inspection

7.3 Type inspection

8.1 Logo
